Good price for my love items ans sometimes can get free shipping is great. but when can i get the $10 off on my next order?  do this review? websit didnt tell me clearly about how to use this 10 off. the great things are i can find many of cute item in this web and some of them are so cheap , i want to get a doll but it just sold out . so sad maybe i will go back later to purchae it.

Have currently made 2 orders through Karmaloop. First order arrived with no difficulties at all, quick delievery , order correct and generally a highly effecient e-commerce experience.

My second order experienced complications as several items had been excluded from the delievery. I was however able to immediatly communicate this to the company via their live chat and was able to establish a process for rectifying the issue. This is very important to me as being left in the cold is arguably the worst experience one could have and im pleased to say to report this did not happen. 

Karmaloop expressed delievered the missing items and i recieved them not long at all after registering the issue. 

Overall very pleased with the response - mistakes will always happen, its what the company does to fix them which matter.

The staff were very helpful each time where a problem appears. They are friendly, patient with customers, and always reply your emails quickly. They told me that customers satisfaction is the driving force of their company and I truly felt satisfied with their customer services. They are not a company that focuses so much on profit since they were willing to offer a free item for me when there were some troubles for my last order. I was not only pleased because I got thefree item, it was the generosity of them to offer it to me which made me felt the satisfaction.

Awesome company! There was a small mixup with my order from Karmaloops. I don't think I have ever had an easier time dealing with customer service. They were quick responding, polite and gave me literally zero hassle about fixing my problem. So many companies have such brutal customer service these days that I was kind of surprised I didn't have to argue with them. I'll be buying from them again!

I have never once had a problem with Karmaloop, and I frequent the site a lot!  I've never experienced having an inaccurate order, and the delivery speed is the best of any site I use online... honestly.  I've never had to use customer service because I've never encountered any problems, but I'm sure if I had to they'd be just as great as the rest of their services.

This website is all I need for shopping. They have brands that are rare in Australia, from Mishka, Herschel supply, Obey and new upcoming brands that are equally good.  The diverse range and choice offered for all types of clothing and accessories is remarkable. It also has shopping for the ladies. The ladies range seems to be very big aswell. It is easy to buy (has paypal goodbye ebay). The process is very simple, just add all the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart and checkout straight away. If you have a login detail the process is much more simpler. Shipping is also tracked and very easy to follow. The last three times I pruchased off the site postage was made through DHL. International shipping to Australia took four days which was unbelievably quick. Discounts are offered regularly which strongly tempts you to purchase more often!!! The thing is everything appears so often and vanishes as fast as it comes so be quick and get what you want before it goes!!!!!!!!!

Shopping on karmaloop has always been a satisfying experience with no obviouse issuse of concern. The several angles and close ups make it as close to physcal our shopping experience as I have seen when compared to other online stores. A minor issue was accounted with the deliver service through dhl postage but this was obviously well out of your hands. The massive range of quality clothing and other apparel make decisions difficult which is what I personally look for in physical and online stores which karamaloop definetly express.

Great customer service. Great promos. Fast shipping. You're able to see your order and status every step of the way and its updated frequently.
I love that their website has clear and quality pictures of their products. What you see is exactly what you get. They have quality products at the best prices. I always google the items I'm going to purchase to make sure I'm getting them at the cheapest prices and Karmaloop always beats the competetors by loads which is why I keep returning.
Customer service is awesome. I've called to get clarity on the return policy and they cleared it right up for me, quick and efficiently.

The website is great. Updates everyday is also a great thing. Shipment and delivery is suprisingly quick, very happy with their timing. I placed my order at 3:45 pm on a Friday and my package is in Ohio as of 6:18 pm and today is Monday. I live in Chicago so it is estimated to arrive by the end of the day tommorow. Very quick shipping considering i ordered it at the start of the weekend.One thing i suggest you guys should do to improve shopping experience is to show pictures of my items after i buy them. This would help me look over the stuff i bought to make sure they were good choices, to see if i still like them, etc. this would also help me show my friends what i bought on my phone thru email. The more i show my friends the great deals im getting the more money were both making. Just a little addition like that makes a big difference.
