At first I was skeptical of ordering from amatteroffax but I'm glad I did because it was a great expeirence.  I was looking to by a bulb for my Sony TV and was planning on buying it from the sony website.  As I did my research, buying the bulb from Sony would cost me over $200 to buy the replacement bulb but I decided to use amatteroffax because they offered the same product for much cheaper.  I orginally ordered another bulb but they were out of stock so they immediately contacted to let me know that it wasn't availble and gave me other options.  Once that was taken car of, a couple of days later, my product came in the mail.  I was very happy with there service.  Another great thing is that before they process your order, they verify credit card information to make sure everything checks out to ensure and prevent fraudulent activity.  Everything was great! I recommend buy products from this website.

Nearly a year after ordering/receiving a replacement lamp, when I finally needed to use it (I ordered it as a spare) I found it to be the wrong model.  Following an initial rejection of an exchange request and some auto-email fumbling they were willing to reconsider the exchange and have processed and exchanged the lamp.

Our projector lamp had burnt out and my family and I were not able to watch our favorite programs on the big screen. Replacing a projector lamp is expensive and after searching many online sites, I found that A Matter Of Fax had  quality name brand lamps at the lowest price of any of the other sites.  They even had free shipping.  Ordering was a snap and delivery was fast.  I am now able to watch my favorite shows again on a 110 inch screen thanks to A Matter Of Fax and their competitive pricing.

We have been very impressed every time we order from A Matter of Fax. We find that they always have good, competitive pricing againist some of the large office supply stores on the products we need. The delivery is fast and product in good packaging when it arrives. They send out wonderful, updated e-mails on the status of our order. Bought printer transfer belt.  Item shipped was not "new, direct from manufacturer" as advertised, but a used and poorly refurbished part shipped from the store.  Part did not work.  Customer service was no help as it had been over 30 days since shipping.  $50 min restock fee.  Selection, ease of ordering, & delivery speed are irrelevant if product is not good.

I ordered a Brother MFC-9560 CDW color laser printer / fax / copier / scanner multi-unit. The price offered by A Matter Of Fax was the best I could find on the Internet, and the shipping was free! I did have a small problem in that I was actually charged for the shipping, but a message to customer service quickly corrected the problem.  (The online customer support appears to be handled by a 3rd party company which worried me, but they did respond to my issue promptly and correctly.)  My order arrived in a timely manner via UPS, and the machine works great. I recommend A Matter of Fax and will use them again.

On Jan 22, 2011 I ordered from A Matter of Fax a "Casual Cratewear Denim" cover for Patrick our standard poodle.
Following my online purchase I received two emails from the company -- one informing me that my payment was verified and the second informing me that my order had shipped and provided the tracking number. I was able to find the replacement lamp for my TV with ease. The website has an easy to use interface. The competitive prices are really great. Many stores just offered the replacement bulb which would require rewiring and for the same price I was able to get the bulb and housing. No rewiring required and it took less than 2 minutes to replace the bulb. Delivery was fast and their communication was great. I received email updates on the status of my order at each stage of the process (when my order was placed, when it was shipped and the tracking number). I will use this seller again and I would rate this seller 5 out of 5 stars.

My lamp delivery went very well.  I searched and searched online and I could NOT find a better price anywhere for a bulb.  Even bulbs WITHOUT housings were more expensive.  Delivery on the bulb was pretty fast considering it was free.  I got the right bulb for my tv first time and I am very satisfied.

I needed to replace a magenta/cyan printhead on my HP Office-jet Pro L7650 All in one printer.  A Matter of Fax had one at a good price.  In fact,  they beat the local office supply store by $12 and had free shipping.  Ordering was very simple.  The product was name brand and in stock.  It was sent promptly, in excellent condition and was just what I ordered.   I was very pleased with my shopping experience.  I'm sure I will be using them again in the future and will recommend them to others, as well.

A Matter of Fax has a great selection, good prices and prompt delivery. The website is efficient and easy to navigate--the search function was flexible and correct.  My purchase was all in all a great shopping experience.  I purchased an imager for a Xerox 6259DP color printer and it arrived three business days later using standard delivery.  Prices at A Matter of Fax are comparable or better than at other merchants.  They also carry parts and consumables for some older printers.  I would purchase from this merchant again and highly recommend them for home and business imaging equipment.

Ordered an Epson Printer 1/3/2011. Credit card was charged 1/3/2011. Received e-mail 1/3/2011 saying printer not available and order is cancelled. Called and e-mailed 1/7/2011 asking for refund. Their web site says I have no refund pending but it remains on my bill. Poor business practice to bill before shipment then hold money for a number of days before refunding.

UPDATE:  After posting some legitimately negative reviews, Jacob from customer service tracked me down quickly.  They upgraded my order to a genuine Epson bulb.  Although I'll still steer clear, I have to give Jacob some credit for his persistence and efforts to improve the situation.
ORIGINAL:  I ordered an Epson projector bulb online from amatteroffax.com and it showed in stock.  I got a call from Josh 2 days later that it was not in stock because they were having a vendor problem and that they didn't know when they would get it.  He told me that they did have a better Phillips bulb in stock and "upsold" me to this $77 more expensive bulb.  Josh told me he would ship it right away via expedited shipping which I asked for in consideration of my time and energy and the fact that their website was inaccurate.  4 days later and their customer service won't answer my email inquiry and I can not get any tracking information or shipment verification.  They also don't pick up their customer service line - all I can do is just leave a voice mail.The classic "out of stock" trick and now I'm stuck with no information available.
