I was sent the wrong products and 2 bottles were broken because of the way they were packed. i had to send them back. i am waiting for my refund. When i called to share this info, the woman was annoyed with me. Terrible experience.

The reason I said "no" to question 7 was the shipper. Fed Ex dropped the ball on delivery. Left it at a gate where it sat out all night in the rain. This laziness will make me go to elsewhere the next time I want parfum.

I placed an order on 9/5/11 for $68.00....THEN the purfume I ordered never arrived. They said I would have the product in 5-7 business days....after 10 days I checked the shipping status with USPS and it said they had delivered it to my home on 9/9/11. WELL I DO NOT HAVE THE PURFUME! SO I called FRAGRANCEX.com told them what USPS said and they told me it wasn't THIER fault that I didn't get the purfume. Then they were RUDE and they told me that they had done "THEIR PART" and that they would NOT refund my money. I guess they don't care if the customers GET the product, they only want your MONEY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want to get ripped off! Now I get to deal with VISA disputes to try to get my $68.00 back! What a pain in the butt!

I too have been ripped off and mislead by this company. They advertise free worldwide shipping however when you pay, the shipping costs re-appear. When I contacted the company they state this offer has now ceased....in other words they will not take responsibility nor honour their own promises once they have your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The prices are great, but FragranceX has the worst customer service in the world. Usually it takes 3-4 weeks to deliver to Europe, but once I have waited for 3 months. I contacted customer support few times in that three months, and they answered like they have automatic response. I don't think that they actually red my emails.
One month ago I contacted them because I have problem with amount at the Pay-pal. In the shopping chart there is correct amount, but invoice send to Pay-pal has tax on it, which is completely wrong because I live in Europe. After I reported the problem, first they said I should contact Pay-pal!!! Then they ask me copy of my invoice which I don't have because I didn't wont to pay. Then I sent them screen-shots and now no reply since then. 30 days exactly!!!
Everything else is really good, the prices are great, products are genuine and selection is pretty good.
I have ordered 10-15 times from FragranceX and I had only two problems. What I expect from good customer service is help when I need it. Unfortunatelly I didn't get it!

I live in Canada and received my order within a week and a half of placing it. Very happy with the experience (and value) - would use them again.
It seems that most negative reviews are coming from outside of North America, maybe there's a problem with oversees shipping.

awful company. i have never wrote a negative review before, but this experience made me livid. first and last time ordering from this place. i placed an order. should have received in 5 business days. 9 business days later, when i called, they tell me item was out of stock, they will receive next day and ship to me. a week later, still out of stock. no emails to me about it, nothing. i had to continually call to get status updates. i finally cancelled and they're telling me it will take up to 10 business days to get my money credited back to my credit card. i basically gave them an interest free loan for a month.
