unfortunately .I ordered  Adc 6013 automatic blood pressure monitor  And I recieved a message from my card company confirming the payment on  29/11/2010  I'm still waiting for the product to arrive I tried to find  a link or a hint  to call and ask about my purchase, but again nothing is easy when it comes to customers services ? I'ts so easy to sell ;but so difficult to render the after selling services ,and this fact is shared with  most of the  selling on line > I might just as well  start  getting the products  I need from any nearby store and stop waiting for the mercy of the online services ; I hope this message will be answered to solve my problem through the information given above. Let's hope so ???

In all my internet purchases the transaction with this company has been the worst.
For two simultaneous orders for over $300+ merchandise:

1. Shipping was promised next business day, later said 7-10 days, actually took 14. By 12 days e-mailed co and they e-mailed back the tracking link, no apology or explanation.

2. A $7.99 tube of toothpaste was sent, safety seal off and tube clearly had been opened and used. On notifying customer service they said they'd talk to the manufacturer about it. I suggested they credit the account. No further response from company. Twelve days later I checked back and found they had closed the "case." E-mailed again requesting credit and got e-mail: "Dear ____ , No."

Do they really think someone making a $300-400 purchase is trying to defraud them of $7.99?

3. Finally, I don't know if other descriptions are better, but it was really difficult to tell what was and was a Hydrobrush Express vs Hydrobrush with Irrigation system, and what items needed to be ordered to complete the whole system.

I would not use this company again nor would I recommend it under any circumstance.

Just 4 Teeth is a great source for a large variety of electric toothbrushes and accessories. They seem to carry a lot of name brands and a variety of different models. I purchased the cybersonic 1 toothbrush from another company about five years ago   Read full review...

Everything went very smooth. Easy to order product received quickly. Emails were answered the same day that they were sent. Product was actually upgraded at no charge to me.

They don't ship the product or answer email inquiries. Period. The price, however, is great. Just don't count on getting the product.
