Returning a defective product was easy and customer service was friendly and helpful. I have not received all merchandise that was suppose to be with my order. I received another michrophone and still have not received my small windscreen or the belt clip. I haven't heard anything from zzounds since 3/11/08 and I am not satisfied with that.

I called twice to get help and the online service person was knowledgeable and very helpful. The products I ordered all arrived on time and well packaged. They use the best of UPS and FedEx tracking systems that allowedd me to know where my orders were and when they would arrive.
