The only issue I had with the order is that I ordered a cymbal and a stand that I wanted delivered on the same day as they were bought as a gift. I had to contact ups and have them hold the the 1st to be delivered package and have it delivered with the other package which was shipped from a different location. Really not that much of a problem more of an inconvience. I was glad that tracking was available so that I could intervien and coordinate the delivery schedule.

I was really impressed with Zzounds customer service on my recent guitar order.

When the guitar arrived at my door the box was badly battered and, as I feared, the guitar was damaged. I immediately called Zzounds and they sent me a new one via two day air and paid to ship the damaged one back to them.

I will definitely buy from them again. They will stand behind what they sell and will treat you as a valued customer.

I have purchased 3 high end guitars lots of accessories and 5 effects pedals. These guys are great, shipping is very fast and their price matching is beyond belief. I found a guitar they had listed for 799.00 at another place for 699.00. They sold it to me for 685.00. How can you beat that.

We bought a keyboard that "had a blemish" and was discounted. Must have been a return or a display item. Saved us almost $100 from buying it new somewhere else, but the keyboard did not play correctly when we got it. My husband had to take it apart and jam a piece of paper in it so it wouldn't vibrate when we played it. Can't blame the company since we knew it "had a blemish", but should have just purchased something NEW.

I ORDERED THREE PA SPEAKERS ONE OF THESE WAS THE BEH S1800S AND WHEN I GOT IT THE SPEAKER WAS BLOWN SO I GOT THE SECOND ORDER WITH ANOTHER OF THE THREE SPEAKERS I ORDERED THE EUROLIVE S1220 IT WAS BLOWN ALL OF THIS IN ONE WEEK. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED.
