I've had a great shopping experience with zZounds. After having a bad time with my previous music shop, I decided to check out zZounds. At first I was quite skeptical, but after researching the company I decided to buy from them.
I have to say I am very impressed by how fast they ship. Everything was delivered on the scheduled date, and everything came safely. No damage was inflicted on the product. In general, this is a online store you can consider buying from.

I found Zzounds site about 3 or 4 years ago. EVERYONE at Zzounds are excellent at what they do! Your order always arrives on time and in pristine condition and their customer support is the best, period! If you need any help in picking out an item just call them up and their staff are the most knowledgable staff I've ever dealt with online and that's saying alot because I purchase items online on a monthly basis. You won't find a better group of people willing to go above and beyond their duty at helping out each and everyone of their customer's! I ordered a Blemished Beringer PMP5000 20 channel mixer Last weekend. It arrived (on time) last night. I opened the box only to find a wet, destroyed box with bubble wrap that wasn't sufficient enough as the left side where the handle is was bent badly and the left side was split-open! It had another shipping label on the inside box, looked like it was returned to them previously. It had an unwound power cord (used) and no documentation. Today I will call them and see what they are going to do. If this is what they call blemished then I would NOT EVER CONSIDER anyone doing this even if the price was right. So right now I'm very disapointed however if they get me a return label, and send me a good one asap, I have read VERY little negative things about these guys so I hope they take care of this in a timely manner thereby living up to their reputation.
UPDATE: Their customer service was great! I received a shipping label (prepaid) that afternoon. Followed the instructions and shipped this back. They will ship a new one upon receipt of the return unit.

Purchased blemished item advertised to have all materials with it, with just a cosmetic defect. Product received without any written materials and without the USB cord. It also was dead on arrival. It wouldn't charge. Contacted TASCAM & determined it was defective. Zzounds issued a return and shipped a replacement.
