After several phone calls, I finally reached someone regarding product failure and reordering a replacement. Upon talking to the representative, I was told I would receive a credit for my first purchase and only be charged for one item on this new order. I was told it would be shipped that day. That's been over 7 days ago. On Monday, during business hours, I will call again and try to find out where my order is.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
