I was very pleased with the easiness of finding the product, purchasing the product and receiving the product. My only problem is the one hose, the band that holds it up, wasn't as the other one, it didn't hold its elasticity for more than one wearing. and now it constantly has to be pulled up (the other doesn't). Turns out I've been using the wrong type of stockings for 10 years.. the stockings recommended by the site have improved my legs as well as are easier to use than the ones suggested by my origional doctor.
