I ordered my package last week thursday. It has passed seven days already and still have not received it! They are a local company and I ship things all the time and first class mail does not take this long!

Shopping on the website was fairly quick and easy. I had no problems. My only issue was the shipping took FOREVER! My package apparently traveled all over the US (for first class) and then sat in my local post office for days before being delivered. I guess that's not the site's fault but the advertised "FAST" shipping was a lie.

Ordered a replacement cell battery but what they mailed was the wrong cell battery. E-mailed them got their returning instructions and printed plus filled out paperwork. Mailed cell battery back with filled out paperwork on 10-13-2011. It is 11-06-2011 and have not heard from WE about refunding my $31.99. It took 7 days to get my order & it been 3 weeks without a word about my refund. They mailed the wrong item and got it returned back but they kept my money anyway.

Good online shopping system, product as shown, but to make customer service better, have quicker response time to customers emails, as 3 full days passed before I received a response. Also, if a part of the order will be shipped from another location, let the customer know what shipped out, when, and where from so they know what to expect with timeliness of their order. This way too, I'm sure you would have to deal with less emails. Don't be afraid to inform your customers, it'll help you to keep them in the long run if they know whats going on with their order (mine specifically I couldn't follow on the tracking system, probably as I had two things from two places, and in two different packages. If I had known this, I wouldn't have had to contact customer service about my half missing shipment, and wouldn't have been upset as I had to wait 3 days for a response).

Good shopping experience. However, they should not be advertising that shipping is via USPS first class...it isn't. First class USPS shipping means handling by USPS from acceptance to delivery and takes a maximum of 3 days for delivery within the U.S. It gives the customer a false impression as that is not what happens. UPS handles the acceptance and transportation and the USPS delivers. The process takes longer than 3 days.

It is amazing the variety of wireless accessories that this company have available to me. I support about 900 wireless devices and everyone wants things like extra electric charges and car chargers, cases, etc. Wireless Emporium allows me to purchase what they want at reasonable prices so that the company is not paying full price at a local Verizon or AT&T store. They haven't messed up any orders yet so I keep coming back to where I know I'll get the service and the great prices.
