I purchased a replacement battery for my Powerbook and was greatly pleased with the efficient service provided by West Coast Power. They sent my shipment in a timely matter and it was received in great condition. The product they shipped to me works just as new and I am very pleased with my purchase. Easily found the product I was looking for; price was good; delivery was timely; I am happy with my purchase. However ... my bank charged me a "foreign transaction fee" for the purchase!!? I am not happy about that. Even though it was a small fee, I don't want to give the bank any more of my hard-earned money. My mistake - I assumed I was buying from a company here in the states.

One comment is that I ordered a battery for my HP laptop. The website (and referral from amazon) made it sound like it was an HP battery - not a generic. I was definitely surprised when it was a generic. This needs to be clear on the site.

After doing comparison shopping on the internet, I chose West Coast Power based on price and the free shipping. I was pleased with the quick delivery and the product is working fine. Also, I'd like to say that the free shipping was a real plus for me.
