Your better off just paying the shipping.  you get an email that tells you a pick up date, is not there you spend gas and time goind to the store 5 times to deal with people who have no customer service skills.  you call and you hold for just a moment about 30 minutes. your credit card gets charge and in the end they have no product for you and tell you such and item order does not exist.  My advise  pay a little more and have it shipped home in the end you are saving time, gas and fustration.

Ordered and paid for a small 1.7 cu ft refigiator to be delivered to my walmart store. 10 days later walmart claimed the item was damaged in shipping? they then cancelled my order, stated to just reorder.

OK reording the same item, now price has gone up. I e-mailed them for a answer, plus asked why do I have to even reorder, just send another one?

Now I'm told if I reorder they will adjust the price to the first order. OK so I reorded, 20 days later nothing!! I e-mailed again, nothing, (I also had a new order no.) so they told to to call a 800#, did that and get this.

Yes we have your new order however nothing has been done to put it through, What the H---, what kind of a way is this to do business.

Today I'm still waiting for a reply. Next time I'll drive to Sears and get it the same day. What a wast.

I had ordered this product on July 06. This was my first order on walmart.com, only reason is that it was out of stock in store. Even today July 24 I am not in receipt of order. Neither have any idea when I am going to. While ordering it said 3 to 5 days site to store delivery. After placing order confirmation says July 16 to July 22. What is logic - anybody's guess. On July 22 I got mail saying that delivery is delayed.

I write emails (starting from July 12) to walmart from my account no replies. I called their claims department no calls returned. When I go to store the folks there say sorry for their inability. I cannot cancel the order either.

I had option to buy one from store and then return this when I receive but that is unethical I thought.
Please save your life and do not order online go to store and wait for stock - it is much better. I cannot tell you how I am facing my son every day for not giving his first bike.

I needed a new printer to replace one that stopped working.HP makes good printers and I had several ink cartridges from my previous printer. So I started shopping around.Staples cheapest inkjet was $69;Target had one for $49;BJ's had an all-in-one for $39 but it was a Lexmark.

The HP Model F2210 was advertised as a best seller on Walmart.com only. Having good experiences with walmart at the retail level, the decision was made to give walmart.com a try.


After creating an account, I selected my product and added it to my
cart. There were step by step instructions at each point along the way. All were very clear with no confusion.

Walmart.com uses Fedex for shipping. One need not go to the Fedex site-simply clicking "track your order" is an automatic link and one can follow the progress of  the order from origination to delivered at destination. I ordered on Sunday and received my merchandise on Wednesday with standard Fedex shipping.

Total cost was $36.90. It was one of the easiest online purchases I ever made.

I have recently bought quite a few items throughout the past three weeks. They were in nice condition worked exactly how i wanted, but the times just for it to get to me was the real problem. I do not know if it is because it was the holidays, but the processing literally took 5days. Simply put, I was surprised it took so long just to process and then. Almost ridiculous that it shipped faster then it could leave the facility.

The product I ordered was defective out of the box so I was out my money for shipping when I returned it.

I posted a negative review on the walmert.com site, using appropriate language, and that review was "rejected" because they did not like my nickname "frustratedbuyer". I found out about the rejection 3 weeks later.  I reposted my dissatisfaction with the experience and the product but am not sure whether or not they will post it.

Like I said - totally appropriate content, just a negative review that never got posted.

So far I had to wait 20 minutes for them to find one item I got and today they lost my Christmas cards and since their customer service is awful there doesn't seem to be anything they can do about it. My review is about buying music downloads from walmart.com. My advice -don't do it! I purchased a few songs from them and it was ok then I had one that would not finish downloading. I got most of the song but it wouldn't finish. I tried 3 times then it wouldn't let me do it again. I wrote to them and they said that is all I could do. Then I had a house fire and lost everything. I contacted them about redownloading all of my songs and was told I would have to purchase them again. I also had songs from itunes and when I explained to them about the fire they allowed me to redownload everything. So if you want to download music do it at itunes- not walmart.

Christmas time is when i find myself with Walmart.com . I have never had a problem with any orders from walmart online ever in the past times i have ordered. There delivery service was on time scheduled give or take a day. The product came as ordered.

After shipping my item, Walmart.com experienced a computer error that was charging my account 81.28 at the rate of about twenty times a day. My bank account was being depleted daily, and Walmart.com customer service seemed fairly unconcerned and unapologetic to my plight. They were either unwilling or unable to stop the charges from rolling in. I called several times and was given the run around every time. They either told me that it was my responsibility to call my bank (which I had been doing more than once a day to have the charges removed, but walmart.com wouldn't STOP the charges from rolling in.) or that the person in charge wasn't in that day. (my personal favorite cop out.) All I was asking them to do at this point was to stop the charges from rolling in.
Two days later and I have the inconvienience of being issued a new debit card from my bank with a new number since this seemed the only way to stop the charges due to walmart.com unwillingness to co-operate.

Be very wary of giving this site access to your bank account.

At Walmart.com, next day shipping = 4 days!

Before & after placing the order, their website systematically shows false delivery dates.

Some examples:

- Showing an estimated arrival of Tuesday-Wednesday, when they don't even ship the product until Wednesday evening!

- Listing a product as being shipped a day before it has.

Isn't this fraud & illegal?

They also bury their customer service number deep in their website so that it is hard to contact a live person. But this actually does not matter since when you get through to a live person, there is really nothing they can, or will do to help.

Walmart ships at least some product from vendors, which apparently they have no control over, or simply don't care to influence.

This was by far the worst online buying experience I have ever had. Essentially, their false delivery dates ruined a family function. I would be hard pressed to shop at any Walmart business ever again.

I have been trying to buy a TV for 10 days. My Visa won't run, so I tried my MasterCard. They canceled my order while I was out of town because my billing telephone number didn't match what I entered (it did). So, I ended up reordering and changing my telephone number both at the bank and walmart.com. Then they send me another e-mail saying they need the number for the bank before they can process the order. And three days after I send in the order they call me at 7 am to have a conference call with my bank to confirm my billing address. Then they don't even send the order to the next day. I paid for overnight shipping on Monday and didn't get the TV until Friday. I have spent about 5 hours calling them and my banks. (Why I didn't give up! - tv was needed for a raffle for a co-worker with cancer).

Walmart.com is the absolute worst web purchasing experience I have ever had. On two separate occasions they have canceled my order without notifying me, after promising delivery by a particular date. In another situation, I ordered next-day air delivery and they somehow arranged for UPS ground instead. I paid $21 for ground delivery?? Perhaps the most frustrating thing is that there is no customer service numbers to call - you can only send email, and it often takes days for them to respond. This is how the biggest merchandiser in the world treats its customers?

I'm sure if there are no glitches in your order, you probably aren't aware of the problems in their customer service. But if you ever need to contact them, watch out. I will never order from walmart.com again, and I would urge you to think twice before you do.

I normally do not use Wal-mart on line. But this holiday season it appeared to be just what Santa ordered.
I was sorely mistaken. My orders came incomplete with packing invoices that did not reflect the prices I was told on line, and one package came saying that two items were included when in fact only one item was.
When calling customer service I was given a run around about how the second item had a different tracking code. My account showed it had been shipped and received with the first item.
