Feel very happy with this company online and will shop with them again. Had great service with shipment, prompt delivery, everything was in perfect condition on arrival. This company is terrible to deal with. I ordered a product from them and upon receipt noticed it was not what I thought I ordered. I returned it to them right away and now approximately 4 to 5 weeks later I have not received a refund nor did they acknowledge receipt of the returned product. Never again!

The products available were good and prices weren't too bad. However, it has been 8 days since my order and I still havent received it! I can understand since it was a holiday when I ordered but it's now been in transit from a town less than 2 hrs away for 3 days!!!!! I own a gym and was trying to order those products for customers...now I have customers that have taken their supplement business elsewhere and i am stuck with products i dont need. I usually order around $500 of products every 2 weeks and I don't want to commit myself to one or two brands, so I choose to order online and go with someone that will ship fast. I will not be doing business with Vitadigest ever again!

I found Vitadigest to have very good prices and for a decent size order, they ship for free. I found the product I wanted at a reasonable savings and the web site was easy to navigate. They have brand name products and make it easy to shop for the products you want.

I purchased this product on 11/28/2011. It was charged to my credit card on the 29th. There is no tracking number. I called and was told that it was being shipped on 11/6/2011. I have not received a tracking number. I will try to call again today. At least had I received good customer service, I would not be so frustrated. I certainly can understand if there is a delay in getting the product but I was not told this.

I received confirmation of my order stating that it would be shipped within 24 hours. 5 days later my credit card was billed. And now 9 days later I receive a notice that my order has been shipped , but the tracking number indicates that the item was simply given a tracking number , but not actually mailed. The post office has not received the package for mailing, This is totally unsatisfactory service and I will not order from Vitadigest again.

Delivery took two weeks. I ordered two products, one was missing from my order and the other was opened (broken safety seal). Vitadigest refused to fix the problems with the order. Now I'm out $30.

I am very disatisfied with your service. I placed an order on November 3rd and shortly thereafter received an email confirmation.
Yesterday, November 8th, I began to wonder why I hadnt received any shipping tracking yet. When I tried to trace the order, there was a small sentance at the top, stating the order was canceled. I emailed your customer service department, and they said that the item was not available, so they simply canceled the order.This was going to be a gift for someone. That was it. No phone call. No email. Now I am going to have to scramble to find a replacement gift somewhere else. But I know one thing...I won't be dealing with your company anymore. |

Hi -
I ordered a type of Tom's of Maine toothpaste that I like - 10 tubes. It was accurately described and the photo matched my tube, but I received a different kind. I tried calling, left voice mail twice - no one got back to me. If a product is no longer available, the photo and description should not be on the website. Or at least send an email asking the customer is a substitute will work. No, I will not use Vitsdigest again. Thanks! |

I placed my order, the next day, I received a shipping notice. Everything was looking good up to this point.
Five days later I received a notice telling me that the item was out of stock. I assumed this was a mistake, since my item had shipped already. I spent about an hour going through an automated telephone maze only to get disconnected repeatedly. When I finally reached a real person, I was told there was no mistake, my item was backordered. Not only did they lie about shipping the product, but, it took them a week to tell me they didn't have it in stock. Then they wanted me to wait 2 more weeks until they received their next shipment from the manufacturer. When I explained that this practice of misleading customers was unacceptable, they informed me that this is standard procedure for them. When their shipping department receives an order they send out the shipping notice immediately. They don't wait until the product has actually been shipped, or even packed and prepared. They don't even check to see if they actually have the product, they just send out the shipping notice. My rating for delivery speed, order accuracy, customer service and overall satisfaction. Zero in every category. |

This is the worst online vitamin company I have done business with. They are hard to reach by phone. They do not delilver when they say they will. I ordered on Fri Sep 16 10:41:50 PDT 2011. I received an email that said my order would be shipped within 24 hours. I phone them and spoke with a "Tiffany" who said it would be shipped within 24-48 hours.
I phoned this morning (Tues Sep 20 10:12:00 PDT 2011) and spoke with "Tiffany" again and she said it would be shipped this morning. It has now been 4 days and 6 hours and they still have not shipped my product and there is only 13 minutes left in this day. I will never buy from them again. I am preparing to contact my bank and file a complaint if it is not shipped today by 5 p.m. |

Shoping experience online was good. Shipping was terrible. Took more than 5 days to process and when it arrived I had to pay additional postage to get it. Have tried to contact them twice to get reimbursed the additional postage but with no luck. They don't return calls! So much for satisfaction guaranteed!

It has always been great until my last order of Magnesium,100 capsules, 500mg. by Dr. Hans Nieper. I waited and waited for whole month and no vitamins! I finally checked my account and it said order "cancelled". I wondered why so I placed a second order yesterday(9-11-11). Then today, I called to see if second order had went through and they told me the item had been discontinued. I ordered a different one by Dr.'s Best. You could help your customers by removing any discontinued items from your web site. It causes a big hassle, especially if you do not notify the customer by e-mail that the item has been discontinued! This is one way I can say you have much room for improvement!

I was distressed to see a huge shipping fee when the website indicated free shipping. Even after selecting international, the fee shown was $34 approx, but the end charge was $96. This charge was not shown until after confirmation of the order so it was too late to cancel. I cannot comment on the condition of the order as it has not yet arrived. I have used Alfalfa for years so assume the product will be fine.

Will call one more time before I take another avenue to recover the "DOUBLE" charge. At this time I will not recommend VitaDigest to anyone. In fact, I will warn my clients agaist them. The items I wanted said they were available on line and that I had purchased them. They charged my credit card. The next day they said they were back ordered for at least 2 weeks. Both these products have been discontinued by the manufacturer so I was happy to find them at VitaDigest only to be disappointed when they could not fill my order.
