After 5 weeks, I had still not received my item and called to cancel it. One week later, it arrived. I called to get an RA number, as it was overdue AND cancelled, and they keep promising to give me one, but they don't. It's been 4 weeks since I've been asking. They have now stopped returning phone calls and emails.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This is a shady company and I assure you the positive reviews have been written by them. I would be happy to forward you the emails and correspondence with them, it clearly indicates a total lack of customer service.

I ordered a beautiful black granite stone pedestal from this company a few weeks ago, and boy, was I impressed! I needed a quality pedestal at a cost that wouldn't break my wallet, and after looking around at other stores all week, I finally found just what I needed at Modern Danish.
Their customer service was rather straightforward and helpful with my questions, and the product didn't take too long to show up to my front door.
Overall I was definitely very satisfied, and I recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal on bathroom furniture.

I started shopping here about six months ago on a recommendation from my builder who is a client of theirs. I have to say that I have only had the best experiences with them and find the products to always be better than I expect. I have purchased multiple times and also have recommended this site on several occasions. The products they sell are great quality and the prices are great. This is now my first stop when I am looking for something unique and affordable and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I must say that ModernDanish.com offers far more assistance than any online store selling bathroom fixtures. They even had an instructional video to show me how to install my vanity! Can't find that anywhere but here. And their customer service department took the time to help me decide what exact type of sink I would need for my vanity. I can't thank them enough!

I recommended them to my daughter who is remodeling her kitchen, she's going to adore their products.

I recently placed an order with ModernDanish.com. The order was shipped incorrectly and I was overcharged. When I got the order and discovered it was wrong, I immediately called the store. ModernDanish.com sent FedEx to pick up the improperly delivered items. This order was for a major project which had to be delayed because of their refusal to send me the products that I had ordered, and paid for, because everyone had to wait until the original order was returned before the correct order sent back to me... and, Of Course, my contractor was on the clock.... Since the whole problem was their fault, not mine, I think this should have been handled in a more Customer Friendly Fashion. The attitude of their Customer Service Supervisor, who according to her is the only person in the store, was to say the least NASTY. Their mistake, but no attempt to correct or help...If you need anything from this store look elsewhere...these people are too mean to deal with...you deserve better.

Company was very proffesional. We ordered a custom made sink. We knew that the sink would take awhile as it was custom made to our dimentions. When placing an order you go in it knowing that they are hand carving this sink, not mass producing. The sink turned out fantastic and just as we wanted.

You will recieve a great experience from Moderndanish.com. They deliver-deliver-deliver fantastic results. I have gone back for more as I am a designer in Atlanta. Only top quality found there.

On my next order, I had so many questions. The customer service department was very helpful in making the ordering process easy. I gave them the size of a vanity and they could help me locate one. Drains and faucets are all US Standard which was very helpful for when I was ordering without my plumber available.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I have to admit that I was more than a little apprehensive when I saw the pricing this company had on their products; especially when I had really done my homework on pricing and what was available for our custom home construction that began in May of this year. We ordered all of our fixturing for all 4 bathrooms of our house from Modern Danish. Whereas I admit that the primary reason I purchased online from them was the price and selection, I couldn't have been more pleased when the product arrived!

Not only was the product packaged carefully (and in environmentally friendly re-cycled materials... sorry for going on my Greenpeace kick) but it also included a letter from the business guy with a contact number to directly re-order, and incentives for sending referrals.

Bottom line- The installation was fast and easy (or so my plumber says), it looks fantastic, quality is better in my opinion than Lowes and Home Depot stuff, and I had no problems with the service or shipping.

Solid product, solid service, solid pricing.

I am a local customer in Atlanta and found them by google. I was happy to find they had a showroom and I went to visit to see what glass vessel sink I wanted. I have to say I am very happy with the selection and the service that I received. They have the best prices that I have seen and the faucet that I got is amazingly beautiful. I got that waterfall faucet that had the glass disk. I HIGHLY recommend this company - for MANY reasons.... their staff is really knowledgeable. I had a tough design and then helped me get the colors that I really needed and I am SO happy with my finished bathroom. The prices - I think I paid about $200 for everything I needed and I could not find that anywhere else. The warehouse was organized and the had my order ready in just a few minutes and I was on my way with my stuff. GREAT PLACE - GREAT EXPERIENCE - GREAT VALUE - GREAT PRICES.... HIGHLY recommend! A+
