I ordered a charger for my Dell laptop in February.  I paid $14 for expedited shipping and I got the charger quickly.  However, after less than three months, the charger has shorted out.  I have contacted them via email and their "live contact" (what a farce!) but I STILL have not received a response.  Their 1 year warranty is obviously no good since you can't get in touch with customer service.  Never will do business with them again.

UPDATE:
Shortly after leaving this rating, a gentleman named Steve contacted me. He immediately sent me another charger (Express Mail). I received the charger yesterday and it works great. Although I originally doubted they would stand behind their warranty, they did. Hopefully, the delay was just an oversight! Thanks, Steve! You have re-established my faith in you company and I would definitely shop with yall again! May 22 '09
