I ordered the vaccuum online, it was sent fed ex, I was given a tracking number, and it was on my front step when they said it would be. The vaccuum came in good condition, I've used it, and it appears to be in good working condition. No issues at this time. Pleased with the service.

After ordering, I left town for a week to return to a message from them asking if ok to substitute a different color since the specific model purchased was out of stock. It was delivered the day I returned in excellent working condition in a grey color rather than the blue. This company was a pleasure to do business with. The product was excellent with the best price in town!

The picture on their web site showed a model 96d,the item I received was a 96f. The difference being the 96d model comes with a second battery. I called and talked to someone who said the internet person was off for a couple and would return my call on Saturday 8/15/09. Nobody ever called back.Being that they don't have a toll free number I can't keep calling them. I am very unhappy with the way they do business and will never use again.

I received no emails concerning shipping. The vacuum on their site had a friction fit hose, which was suppossed to be the latest. Emailed the manufacturer and the one I received is supposedly the newest. Who knows?
