Not only was the shipping fast it was FREE, you just cant beat that. Their prices on most items were the best I could find on the net and their selection was huge. They even had several items that I couldnt find at other sites. My order was 100% accurate and was professionally packaged with no damaged items. I ordered 3 Erector items and received them in just 4 days! Shipping was free over $89, so the overall price was fantastic. They were all packaged very well and included a packing list with what was ordered and the date ordered.

A few days later I found out that one of the items was already purchased for my child and called about a return. The woman on the phone was very kind and told me to ship it back and they would refund me the amount of the item as soon as they receive it. (I did not think it was unrealistic to pay the shipping charges, since it was my fault). My card was refunded for the item the day they received it! Overall, I am extremely satisfied and could not have imagined a more pleasant experience.
