First time Totalvac shopper and last. I have placed an order on 1/5/2012 for 4 humidifier filters and after 3 days I decided to track my order via their website and I kept getting a msg saying the order number was wrong or that if the item I have ordered displayed an "O" in front of the item it would mean that the item was out of stock. When I was ordering there was no indication that the item was out of stock so I proceeded with the order. After 5 phone calls ( which you always get an automated msg) and two voicemail msgs I finally got someone on the phone who told me that the item was out of stock and that it was being shipped today ( six days after I placed my order). Now, after I finally talking to someone on the sixth day I get a phone call from Totalvac rep on the eight day that they have received my msgs and are returning my calls regarding questions about my order. Really! Not very organized. Poor customer support.

This place is awful! I ordered a part, and paid by credit card, which was charged immediately. There was no order acknowledgement or shipping notice. At least I received a response to my inquiry 2 weeks later. They said they don't stock that part ( a brush roller) and they had to get it from the factory. This was NOT stated on the web site. I can't wait for the 30 days to be up so I can call my credit card company and get a charge back, and I'll order from a real company.

I ordered a hairdryer from Total Vac.com, which never arrived. I wrote them three times and they never responded to me! I finally went through Paypal, and through Paypal they claimed that the hairdryer had been delivered. I would not recommend ordering anything from Total Vac.com. I never got my money back, and I never received a response from them. By the way, they guarantee your purchase on their website.

I placed an order for four boxes of vac bags. They came in in a timely manner. I needed them for back up for use at a latter date. When I went to open the package three months later, I discovered that they where the wrong style. I needed Miele U ranther than the FJM version. Miele only make two styles. I emailed TotalVac their only response was "that it was past the stated policy date" and that it was no longer in their system. If that was the case they must purge their system records every three months. Sounds like BS to me. The cost of the bags are the same and the boxes are in great condition.
Don't by from them if you expect any customer service. Go to ebay the prices are lower and ebay screens their sellers. |

customer service totally sucks, i ordered a wrong blender part,i tried to contact them by phone just to get the leave your message,we'll call you back in 48 hrs, i dont think they have cs representatives also tried online and what they have is ? do you want to add another item and to return what i bought is not worth it is expensier.

Ordering from TotalVac was quick and easy. They offers vacuum cleaner parts, vacuum cleaner bags, vacuum cleaners and small appliance parts. They sell Dyson, Miele, Oreck, Roomba, and Hoover vacuum cleaners to name a few. You can also buy replacement parts and cleaning supplies. My order arrived in good condition. I was impressed with packing and how well they protected my items.
The one thing I didn't appreciate was being charged $0.93 from TotalVac's buySafe 3-in-1 Bond Guarantee. I certainly never noticed that when placing my order. Over-all, I was happy and would order from them again but would try to figure out a way of opting out of the buySafe guarantee. |

My shopping experience with TotalVac.com has been great! Speed of delivery is very good considering they are shipping from the east coast and I am located on the west coast. Order accuracy has always been one hundred percent. The one occasion I had to call the company for customer service my phone call was answered by a person after a few rings, handled quickly, efficiently and the matter was resolved immediately. Overall I am highly satisfied with TotalVac.com and continue to place regular orders.

Do not buy from this company, their return policy and returning emails in a timely matter is terrible. We purchased a turbo vac head and when my wife tried it. it was difficult for her to use it and I notified the company to exchange it for another head. She just tried it for a few minutes, but they said we could not return it because it was used. My company is a accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and I will be notifying them about their poor business return policy. I have been buying online for many years and I have never been treated this way ever. How can a company say that they have a return policy, and you try the item for a few moments and they will not exchange it because it is used.From what I can see is their return policy is you cannot return or exchange the merchandise.Do yourself a favor ,and save yourself from the aggravation and buy from a reputable online company that will return your emails and have a fair return policy

TOTALVAC was a little slow on delivery, I think the batteries I ordered for my Norelco Shaver may have been out of stock.
However when I finally did get them in about two weeks, they worked fine. I followed internet instructions I found online, how to take the old ones out and insert new batteries to make the shaver work. I like others didn't use a soldering iron. just bent the tabs on the new batteries laying them against the old conector tabs and after a charge up the new batteries worked fine. I'm on my second charge up 4 weeks use now and my Norelco shaver works as good as new. |

Quick delivery of the order........ There is some confusion over the "Introductory Cash-Back Rebate" of $10 -- with respect to the order being only $7.75....I am not sure if my total order is credited and then some so I would have a TOTAL VAC CREDIT for the $2.25 difference. |

Order was afew weeks and I email and the customer service was right on it. They sent part of the order and when they received the item (bags) they sent them very quickly. I appreicate good customer service.
If I had to say something that would be in a positive way to help your customer relations, I would say that an email would have been nice to let a customer know their shipment would be late. |

I recently ordered a iRobot from them and it ended up being defective and only turned in circles. I followed to procedures to return it and was surprised they actually were very understanding. You only have 30 days to return your item but they still returned it even though i was well over 30 days (probably around 60 by the time i mailed it back), due to it being defective.
I would recommend. They have excellent customer care. |

Was charged for a "sales security" feature (buySAFE) that is nothing more than an insurance scam that I did not want and would never have selected but the purchase on my credit card had already gone through. I was then transferred to another site offering me free shipping, but in order to get it, I needed to provide personal and credit card info that I felt was unnecessary and possibly risky.
I personally don't trust this outfit and would never use them again: there are too many alternatives out there at competitive prices.
