I orderd a stepper and received the item in a timely manner.  The only problem was that the DVD case, which held the exercise DVD and came with the stepper, was broken in half. Fortunately, the DVD itself was okay, so I just placed it in another holder. I'm suspecting the case broke during the shipping process. Other than that, I'm happy with the product and would shop at Zoostores again. I would also like to say that I thought the price for the stepper was VERY reasonable - not too cheap, yet not too expensive. I like reading about the product online and, based on the information about the product, I was able to make an informal decision without feeling like I HAD to buy it. I like the variety of items the website had, so I was able to navigate and make comparisons between what I wanted and the prices and styles of the other steppers. Overall, it's a good website to buy reasonably priced items.

When ordering online there was a note to call about additional discounts. So I called and was given an extra 5% off, the agent was very helpful and warned me of extended shipping times. The item was ordered on 1/8 with an estimated shipping date of 1/24, the item arrived on 1/31. This was a large piece of furniture so could not be shipped via UPS of FED EX, so I expected some delays. Item arrived undamaged. I am very happy with zoostores.

I ordered Bowflex Select Tech Dumbbells through this website...  It was a fantastic price compared to other competitors I researched! I saved hundreds of dollars through this company.  I wanted brand new dumbbells for a great price.  Sears, Dicks, Bowflex and many other searches for the same product came up at a much higher price. The package was delivered within a couple days as promised... The product was packaged very well... sturdy box, lots of thick styrofoam surrounding the product...UPS even had two delivery men special for my delivery to lift it to my front door!  I am very, very pleased.  I will definitely shop through Zoostores.com again! : )

Zoostores kept me well informed on the progress of my order and when to expect it.  Though it took a week to ship, it arrived on the exact date they promised it and arrived packed solidly and well protected, without damage.  The merchandise was high quality and all parts were included.  Assembly took a little more time than Kettler suggested it might, but it performs flawlessly.  It was a great experience over all.

Needed large order and quick. Placing the order was very easy. After I was told item was in stock and could receive, I received an email stating the item would not be shipped for another 2 months. When I called to ask what was going on - the item had never been in stock in the first place. Only one customer servcice rep to take calls - was on hold for over 20 minutes being the next call in line. I just hope I can get my credit card refunded as easy as they took the payment. Do not recommed this company - 100% Guarantee is a joke!

We have looked for a product to use in the house that would clear the air in our home.We recently had to replace  the A-coil in our furnace and it was full of Mildew spores.Really was terrible to find out this was there breathing it in.Hopefully this will kill any existing spores.

The order shipped fairly quickly, however, we did not receive the entire order, even though the order status showed all items had shipped. We contacted Mercantila to advise them of the missing items. They promise a 1-day response but no response was received.  We contacted them again but still have not received a response nor the missing items. We are very frustrated and at this point would not order from this company again.

My order couldn't have gone any better. I needed information before ordereing and I called with a question. The sales person was able to answer majority of my questions but what was most helpful was that she was willing to find the answers to questions she did not know off the top of her head. It was refreshing that there is no automatic reading of scripts i.e. "thank you for calling (insert name here) I will be happy to help you with that." 
I was able to get the product for less than i saw anywhere else and was a little nervous that it would not be delivered on time.
   Delivery was sooner than predicted and the item was in perfect condition. I highly recommend using ZooStores.

     Zoostores was a really positive shopping experience.  I was researching trampolines and found Zoostores product information very helpful.  They were very honest about the differences in quality in the various price ranges.  When I finally settled on the type of trampoline I wanted to buy, they had the best price.
     It was important that it arrived before Christmastime.  The shipping   was fast and efficient and the trampoline got here with plenty of time to spare.

It was delivered on the date promised. All parts were included except for the assembly tools. We had tools so we were able to assemble without them. The only negative is I now get 3-4 emails every day from Zoostores. The rowing machine we bought is just as described. Confusion regarding the rebate coupon which is for your next purchase with Zoostores, not a manufacturer rebate on this purchase.

I had a very positive experience with zoostores.com.  They were very helpful and knowledgable and assisted me in purchasing the best trampoline for my needs.  I was nervouse that it would not arrive for Christmas, but was very happy when it did.  My husband assembled it and remarked at how well it is made and how easy it was to assemble.  the kids absolutely love it and so do my husband and I.  I know that it will provide endless fun and great exercise for the whole family.  Overall I was very satisfied from start to finish with zoostores and  I will definitely purchase with them again!

I've read a lot of bad things about Zoostores.com.  So many people have complained about getting bad merchandise or having bad experiences with their customer service.  My experience was great. I purchased through Amazon (which just means it's drop shipped by Zoostores.com).  I really wanted a specific custom chandelier that I could only find in a few places.  Other stores had it for $500 but Zoostores had it for $260.  I was really skeptical about the price and the fact that Amazon indicated that it wasn't going to ship for 2-4 weeks.  The chandlier actualy showed up in 4 days.  It looks good and it works.  It has a base made of polished chrome which none of it was scratched and it was properly wrapped.  Then it has many individual glass balls that are suspended from strings.  Each individual ball is wrapped in bubble wrap and they are all in tact.  I didn't have to speak with their customer service because everything looks good and the item works.
