It was easy to find the textbook I was looking for. Some sellers did a good job telling what was included (such as the CD at the back of the book); some did not. Would like to have had more information on the shipping process - was not aware that it was a combination of DHL and USPS. Also, about 100 pages of the book (softcover) were bent over when it was packed - did not affect the usability of the book, but lowered the quality of its appearance.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I had ordered two textbooks from two different book sellers and they both arrived on the same day. One was wrapped in plastic and it was in good condition. The one that came in a cardboard mailer was damaged. A loose end of cardboard jammed into the book and the paperback cover and many pages were bent. If your book was in the cardboard mailer, make sure the book fits tightly for if it moves around, that edge of cardboard will surely damage more books. karen  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

They sent me the wrong book. Now my money is tied up in that book because they won't refund my money until they receive the wrong book back. (I was told Tues. they would send a return label, as of Saturday, it hasn't arrived.) can't purchase the correct book until my money is refunded. I was skeptical of buying a used textbook for $6.47 that retails new for $95. But for the cost of a venti java chip frappuccino I figured I'd try it and see what kind of quality I received. To my surprise, there is no highlighting, no pencil marks or notes, and barely any wear to the cover... new condition in my opinion! I am remarkably pleased with my purchase. I also purchased a new textbook I needed as well so that I qualified for free shipping. Overall, extremely pleased and surprised by the quality and price!  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

No complaints, all positive, except that the book was packaged in a way that it was damaged. (One of the cardboard folds of the box was wedged into the book, severely bending the pages.
