I purchased a swim cap off of them several weeks ago and wore it only for two days before the cap broke.  All bathing suits, caps, goggles, accessories have worked wonderfully previously.  After emailing Speedo, they said to contact swimoutlet.com.  Emailing them I did not get a response (due to being busy during the summer, later says that representative) but when I called them, within 25 seconds, I was talking to a customer service representative, I explained the problem, he asked for my name and address and they are sending me a new one in 3-6 days free of charge!  How fast and efficient...great website, great products, great customer service!

Your facility have the items I want - only complaint that is when you are searching for one item others show up and the if you start and request CHILDREN the site switches and includes ADULT very frustrating - wil us eagain - however when I request CHILDREN I expect to stay with the children items

I ordered a swimsuit which I returned. I also ordered 2 pairs of prescription goggles, one I returned and one I kept. Other merchants give more detail on the cut of the swimsuit and rank them 1, 2 or 3, would find this information helpful at SwimOutlet too.

I ordered a Speedo swim suit in size 12. It arrived within a few days. When I tried it on, it was a little too big, so I returned it and ordered a size 10. It fits perfectly, arrived within a couple of days, and I am thoroughly enjoying it! Speedo is my favorite swim suit manufacturer, and I can always be sure it will fit well and last a long time! ( I wish the suits came in petite, as I am very short. However, this works O.K.)

Good experience, but on the strap for the shoe, the velcro is comning off about 3/4" up. You might want to check what kind of glue you use for that.

I ordered 2 swim suits - one for a friend. Hers came in the wrong color so I used the live chat to get the correct color, but then both were the wrong size (her fault). They sent me a shipping label and I've returned the suits - hopefully I'll get the correct color this time
