Placed a order on Jan16th, paid extra for Fedex 2days shipping (from NJ to NY, not even that far). And iten still not delivered :(. Was really expecting to get it over before weekend and have the countertop installed. As per tacking:

Seems the shipment was just sitting there for more than 48hrs.. Now I have reschedule my countertop guys to next week,.

Called Coustmer service, lady could only offer applogies for late shipment. Said that fedex truck might have been full, out of space to take all packages !!!!  Have a good day Sir !! ...wow!

Terrible service.  Ordered a sink and faucet which NEVER arrived.  They claimed it was delivered to the wrong address.   Now, it is two months later, I am still waiting for a refund.  Called at least 8 times...they claim that the refund hold up is with the manufacturer of the product.  Which is not my problem, I paid them they should refund me.  They said they will send a note to their Accounting Department and get back to me--yea, well we'll see.   I am ready to report these company for fraud.

  Do not buy from this seller.  I spent roughly $1000 on a purchase from this site.  When I received my purchase part of it was damaged.  The seller denies all responsibility.  They then offer me the option of partial replacement, for another $400, or refund.  The refund is minus the original free shipping, now $200, plus the cost of return shipping ,another $200, plus a restocking fee.  Read the negative reviews.  If nothing goes wrong this might be a good place to purchase from,  but do not rely on them to make it right if there is a problem.

This company writes their own reviews. They have very few legitimate reviews from actual consumers. Their product reviews just happen to have several customer ratings that all happen to post on the very same day. Coincidence? No. It is really Surplus Decor who post bogus reviews about different items all on the same day hoping consumers will think they are from real people. Look at the product reviews and you will see a bunch of items reviewed supposedly by different people who just happen to all post their reviews on the same exact day. It's like Surplus Decor said let's give all these products a good rating so consumers will purchase them. They are writing their own general ratings about their company too. You can tell the real reviews from the bogus company writers. The real reviews list the same comments and they are all bad!!

We purchased kitchen sink on Sunday. It was delivered on Tuesday. Wife decided that she wants a double bowl sink rather than large single bowl. Getting it exchanged was quick and easy. My double bowl sink was delivered on Thursday. They even paid for return shipping. My wife’s happy, I'm happy, my wallet is happy! Very pleasant experience dealing with this company. Hope I don't have to do another kitchen renovation for a long time but if I will I'll definitely buy from this company again.

This was my first order with SurplusDecor, but it will absolutely not be my last. I ordered a Vigo Shower Panel System with Round Rain Shower Head (VG08001) to build a new bathroom and with one of their frequent 10% off sales; I got this unit for close to $100 less than ANY other retailer online, with no tax (NJ) and free FedEx shipping. This deal saved us hundreds off retail store prices! On top of that, my order was placed on Sunday morning and I received it on Tuesday! My unit arrived in perfect shape, with reinforced corner protectors on the box to prevent transit damage. Look no further, order from these guys for the best prices, service and products! :)

We purchased an island style range hood from SurplusDecor.com. Even with free shipping, it arrived in a very timely manner from CA to NY. The price was very competitive with other discount sites. Our range hood arrived in excellent condition. I also liked that they accept PayPal which allowed me to do business with an "unknown to me" company without giving out all my credit card information. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I guess if your order goes well, no damage, nothing missing, etc, it would be fine. But if you change your mind and cancel your order, it takes forever to get your refund. And they even charge before shipping out your order. Their customer service is not helping at all. I keep calling them every other day asking for my refund, they just blaming other department but not trying to find a way to resolve my issue. I still haven't got my money back yet, it's been a month after the cancellation.
Suggest not do business with them.

Our order arrived promptly and in one piece, thank God. It turned out to be lighter then it looked, thank God.  The color was slightly different then on the photo, but it  looks very nice.  I am happy with the purchaseThe faucet is made of glass and has a touch of color to match the set. Overall - great value! There are a lot of thinks on the site that I am now eager to have.

This shower head does have better than average water pressure. Head moves very easily and stays in place once moved. All three shower modes work well. Massager is spactacular.. It helped that it cam ein with good directions. Easy to install. Pipe fitting is metal with good quality washer preinstalled

I had been wanting a deep contemporary looking double vanity for some time. When we decided to replace our tub I decided to replace vanities as well. Now I couldn't be happier. Surplusdecor.com offeres free shipping. That was very important to us. Online shopping is cheaper only till you see shipping charges. I heard a lot of bad stories about online shops being sloppy with packaging and delibvery dates are vague, but that is not the case with SUPRPLUSDECOR.COM.

They quality of the merchandise on SurplusDecor.com site is excellent. I ordered second time and I am not sorry I did! QUALITY  QUALITY QUALITY!!! You can be sure there is not cat in a bag. Poor service. I cannot believe how many good reviews this company gets. It really makes one wonder why they can be so terrible. I, like others, was an unlucky one. I got a damaged sink. According to them it was my fault for not inspecting the contents of my shipment but I wasn't home. Returning it took a ton of hassle and I was out shipping costs. They won't hear from me again.

I shopped for month for shower fixture I wanted looking for a right price. Surplusdecor had just what I was looking for-good prices, quality and service. I even got a phone call a week after delivery date from their rep asking if it was delivered and installed properly. That is customer service! In our days there are a lot of companies out there trying to take advantage of people who are money conscious, looking for a right price. SurplusDecor is not one of them. I recommend this store to every one. I will write to every site I find that they are good honest company that helps people to have quality product without ripping them off.

Bad place to do business. Judging by the various good responses and the my experience. I would assume their service is simply hit or miss. For me it was a big miss. I ordered a shower panel and, as another person wrote, mine was missing parts. I contacted them and received a phone number to Vigo to call for "replacament" parts. What? Why should I have to contact the manufacturer? I did it anyway and Vigo ignored my requests. I contacted surplusdecor again and they ignored my requests. Now I have a shower that I cannot use! The shipping cost to return it puts me in place where I'll be out money simply because SurplusDecor.com would not fix their mistake. I would not use them ever again.

I ordered this item on 3/11. It was shipped out that afternoon according to their website. Order was delayed but I was able to track order every step of the way. When I contacted rep he offered next order free of shipping charges to make up for the delay. Sounds good because I would order from them again. They have excellent prices. I am happy custoner

BEWARE! SurplusDecor spams this site with false reviews! They are lousy! Their customer service is via email, when they feel like getting to it. There service is choppy at best and you don't get what you pay for! This comes from my personal experiences with them. Go ahead and try it yourself but you've been warned.
