I have shopped on Yoox for years and I've often been very pleased but the last few shipments have been terrible.  I ordered a Marni leather purse and when it arrived all the seams had some sort of white stain and the average person would not have purchased it even as a "second".  This is the THIRD TIME something ike this has happened and Yoox is nonresponsive.   I have a myoxx account. I'm one of their best customers, I get their little perks and notices and I am about to wipe them off my computer.  Maybe success is not good for Yoox. There are many other sites that can take the place of Yoox and I suggest you look at them.

Just an update: they did accept the return, said they were sorry and also did not charge for the return shipping. I have to say that I really appreciated this and that it is truly an upgrade in previous customer service.  I still would have preferred not to have to go through the process of a return of damaged goods.

The products that I ordered on YOOX did not have a an exact description of the size fit. On the description it was saying it was the it fits large. When I was completing the return form, it offered me to use "YOOX MONEY", stating that it's the fastest and easiest way to claim a refund for returned items and I would be able to use them as soon as they receive my return form. But it's not true, I can't use them until they receive and process the return. Unfortunately it was not specified at the return form. It’s written in the separate legal document on the website. When I called them they were very rude and did not want to talk to me about this matter. All I wanted, to be able to exchange these items on different sizes. Unfortunately YOOX has very limited sizes availabilities and they might not be available by the time they receive and process my refund.
Do not use "YOOX MONEY".

DON'T BE FOOLED! During my first experience on YOOX I ordered two brand name sweaters and both arrived exactly as I expected and both seemed authentic. I then went a little YOOX crazy and made another two purchases for about 10 pieces of clothing. When these 10 pieces arrived I noticed a few things: 1.)  Most of the clothes (all of different brands) were of a similar material.  2.)  Some clothes had YOOX tags but no tags of their actual brand.  3.) The little logo tag that goes on the inside of any shirt you buy was SEWED ON exactly the same way on every piece of clothing. (I'm talking about that little tag on the top back inside of your shirt) I am 100% sure that the brands: Moschino, Valentino, and Juicy Couture, do not all have that tag sewed on the same way. 4.) It doesn't say anywhere on the website that the clothes are authentic. 
My theory: The clothes ARE NOT authentic. YOOX fools you by creating false tags and sewing them onto the clothing.

Oh wow, I just read some of the awful reviews about YOOX.    I actually had a really great experience with them.  I recently ordered a sweater online from them and then checked the same sweater the next day and noticed they dropped the price! I had already placed an online order, so I called them and the lady was extremely helpful.  She refunded the difference for me and my order came in a few days nicely packaged and good condition. The sweater is great! I've also ordered some other items of clothing from them. No complaints! I've also had to exchange clothing with them that was the wrong size for me.  It was also pretty fast and efficient delivery.  I don't understand the complaints but they've definitely improved I think!
Great selections and love the discounts!  Maybe they've improved their customer service I'm not sure.  I'd give them a chance now....I'm satisfied with my purchases! Good quality clothes and great customer service!

I've ordered twice from Yoox twice, and both times the items arrived within three days, even after choosing the slowest shipping rate.  They were carefully packaged and in perfect condition, just as described on the website.  I will definitely shop with this retailer again.  I'm excited to find a place that sells such beautifully tailored, high quality items, and at such affordable prices. 

I didn't read the reviews here until after I placed my orders, and I'm glad I didn't, because I probably wouldn't have made a purchase.  Now I have two very lovely jackets.  I would encourage anyone nervous about shopping with Yoox to give it a chance.  I think people with bad experiences are prone to be more vocal, and the reviews here aren't necessarily representative of Yoox's service.  If I hadn't read them, I would never have even thought to post online about a shopping experience.  I've so happy with my orders, though, that after reading the bad reviews I wanted to share a positive experience.

Yoox has the worst customer service.  First of all- expect a very slow shipping.  Second of all I returned the item over a month a half ago and they still didn't refund my $380 back. I called them twice and they said they received it back but told me that they would email me back and let me know why it took so long.  They never emailed me back and I had to call them again in order to get my money back.  They told me they would take care of it and I'm still waiting on my money.  Also, don't buy anything from them that is marked as "final sale"- you will receive a damaged item and be stuck with it as it happened to me also.  That's a different story.  I don't think I'll be buying anything from these thieves.

I bought many items from YOOX and 60% of the time goods were with defects or some sort of noticeable flaws, like handbag had missing crystals, dress had a small spot, etc.   Some other items I received were in flawless condition. So I just never know what to expect from them now. 

I don't like the fact that they subtract $6 fee from refund for returned items even though they sent me damaged goods!! I would never return Zanotti bag I bought from them if it was not damaged yet I had to pay $6 for each returned item as a result of their misrepresentation.  Not fair towards customer and not a good customer service.  As a result, I no longer shop with them.

Love my first order and have just placed 2nd order.  Beautifully made clothes from European Couture in grays and blues with exceptional detail.  Sizes run small as do all Italian designers but i suspected that and ordered up a size.  Free shipping over 200 dollars and the sale merchandise is plentiful and easy to search.  Some items sold out quickly so I now know to place order immediately if i cannot live without it.  Downside is that it took just over 2 weeks to get items.  I was not in a hurry but I did track the package to make sure it was on it's way.  For the 215 dollars i spent i was able to get 5 sale jackets/tops.  Exceptional value! For that same amount I would have gotten 2 tops from Anthropologie.com or Nordstroms.  About 75 percent of thier selection are items I have not seen in US so I love having something unique not everybody is wearing.

I ordered five pairs of jeans from YOOX while they were having a sale, as the prices were tempting. Four of the five pairs were correctly sized, but the fifth pair was the wrong size. I fail to see how difficult it is to match up the size from what's on a sheet of paper to the jeans in your hand. This must happen a lot, as they have a specific box to check in your return form for incorrect size. Then they make you jump through hoops to return the item they incorrectly sent to begin with, and you have to pay the postage even though THEY made the error. If they don't receive your returned item within a certain number of days, you don't get your refund. Customer service is non-existent. The prices are tempting yes, but I don't think it's worth it when they make such significant mistakes which the customer has to pay for.

Don't use this company! total fraudsters! I bought two pairs of jeans, both identical, when they arrived I had two different pairs! I returned them straight away. After a week I only got refunded one pair as I apparently only sent back one pair! The lady said that I'll get a full refund, but it needs to be looked into with UPS. I asked then for my money if I was to get it back anyway and she said they couldn't do that! I knew buying a £190 pair of jeans for £35 was too good to be true!

After reading many of the reviews regarding yoox.com, I was hesitant to place an order with them. However, I could not resist the style of Onitsuka Tiger sneakers yoox had in my size and at a good price.

So I rolled the dice. I used paypal so worst case scenario I could open a case to get my $75.00 back - if the shoes didn't arrive or there were other problems.

I was pleasantly surprised with their ordering process and correspondence. My shoes shipped from Italy to their New Jersey processing center within two days. I received the shoes in Phoenix, AZ in 5 business days.

Very happy with the shoes, yoox service, shipping and overall experince.

You're lucky if all goes well and you get what you want. BUT, if you have to return something, the customer service is non-existant and will send you template "copy and paste" style emails. Refunds take ages to process, and that's with Paypal where you have the buyers protection. I'd never use my credit card on Yoox as credit card refunds take even longer. I would say if the item you see is fairly cheap (on sale) and you're quite positive you won't have to return it, go for it. But if you're unsure, look elsewhere as returns and customer service is definitely their biggest weakness.

I am still waiting for my item that has been paid for.  They did not put my entire address on the UPS label.  UPS returned the item back to Yoox, and Yoox was supposed to re-ship my item back to me.  (It's been 3 weeks).  Terrible, awful customer service.

Do not use moneyoox! It is a scam. I ordered two items, both more than the moneyoox I had in my account. They did not allow me to keep one item using the moneyoox and return the other for the full amount in real money. So...I returned both items. They received them on Monday, put them both up for sale again on Thursday but it is now Friday and still no moneyoox in my account!Otherwise, over priced but good sales. Customer service is no service. They refer you to "legal".

I ordered a John Smedley Sweater and received a cheap Chinese knockoff.  They have such a terrible reputation for returns and customer service that I am afraid to send it back

I ordered 2 bags from the site with my friend.
One came totally in the wrong size, it says 43cm on the description but it came to be 33cm.  The email replied with generic stuff, offering their return policy etc etc.  We demanded to reimburse the return shipping cost.  The request is still pending so don't know what is going to happening next.
They either shipped the wrong item, or they cheat with the description, or they just sell very low quality items that didn't get pass the quality control.
The other bag I ordered was damage.  Well - I didn't quite notice a minor thread coming off the edge of the inside pocket but it was INDICATED with an arrow sticker pointing to the defect.  A very obvious evidence that they are selling damaged items. It was a fabric bag with some plastic components, the plastic parts feel a bit dusty too.
Regarding it's an online outlet and I got it with discount, I don't really mind the tiny bit of thread coming off - but I just don't like the way they sell items that they know it's damaged.  Very disappointing quality control!

personally I love the site! I agree with some that there maybe sizing issues, though I've had the same issue with different brands in neiman marcus. All brands don't have the same fit; it's a matter of knowing what size you are for that brand. However, the products are very much genuine and are all labeled/branded with the manufacturer's credentials. yoox.com probably has the best diesel selection I've come across and my friends also swear by the authenticity!

I have been a fan of YOOX for a couple of years now and I must say they have never let me down so far. They have great stuff, and plenty of it, plus the prices are definitely reasonable. Sure, there are cheaper sites but I have yet to find one that has a similar selection. I returned a couple of items because they were too small, and everything went smoothly.

I am pleased with the things that I ordered and shall keep them even though one of the tops that was sent had a damaged button  but fortunately there are some spares. However, all the four items arrived very badly packaged and crushed, which was particularly damaging to the two designer bags that I had ordered. With TLC, they have recovered! I felt as though I was being treated as a second class citizen, not really good enough to care about, because I was buying reduced price goods.Having read the reviews about the lack of customer service, I am just relieved that I don't have to send anything back.Somehow, if their shabby packaging is a reflection of how they operate, I really won't dare to order from them again, despite the lure of being able to buy unusual designer clothes at reasonable (just!) prices.What a pity.

My order was completely wrong. Very disappointed when I received the wrong shoes, right designer but completely different model. 
When I rang up the customer service, they were hopeless. They said they did not do exchanges. I just had to re order the original shoes, which were no longer in stock. I didn't want an exchange, just to receive the correct shoes I had ordered!
Now I have to wait in again all day for UPS to collect the unwanted shoes and I will not be refunded delivery charges and I have no shoes.

Be very very sure what you ordered is going to fit you.  Especially if you're shopping from outside the US or EU.  I had to return two items from Australia.  The return courier was very expensive.  Then the items apparently never arrived. The whole experience has left me seriously out of pocket.  Will never use Yoox again and will never shop online for clothing again.  Yoox fail to tell you that Italian custom officers are notoriously dodgy.

I have ordered numerous times from www.yoox.com and have always been very happy with their fast reliable service.They have a user-friendly website which allows you see all your orders,returns(free),etc.I'm a big www.yoox.com fan! My experience with yoox was controversial.
1st time I ordered 3 pairs of shoes supposed to be size US7.5. It turned out to be EU37 and was too small for me. One of the shoe pair was Prada carshoe - it looked like it was a shelf sample with worn-out back although the sole was new.
Then I ordered 2 bags, 1 jacket - all OK new good quality.
Then I ordered a pair of shoes - received an empty box, then another - lost during shipping (UPS). Got reimbursement though.
Then I ordered a pair of white ballet flats - they came dreadfully dirty (not worne-out but once again it looked like an extensively used sample or a shelf pair).
I made an attempt to return the pair. Guess what? The package returned to me with the sign "Address not found".
After that I did browse yoox website but did not have a courage to order anything more.
If you pay a closer attention, you'll manage to notice some signs of wear even in the photos on the website!!!
And after all, I don't find the prices adequate. In addition, I noticed that they sell the same shoes for more than 2 years!

I bought a pair of Diesel Murran Jeans on Yoox recently. On a whim, I checked out several sites that show how to spot fake Diesel. The Indian head tag on my jeans don't have the proper silver micro stitch at the bottom and are missing the "made in Italy" text. In fact, they don't say where they are made anywhere on the jeans! I can only assume they are fake! I got a very disappointing response from Yoox. They sent me a form letter reply stating all their goods are 100% authentic. They said I should just send them back according to their return policy(so someone else can buy this fake!)I've already worn them and cut the tags off so I will likely not even be able to return them anyway! I have purchased 11 items in the last month from Yoox but will not be returning ever again!

Item description is not correct. When I saw a pair of shoes on Yoox.com. It said rubber sole. When I paid and got them, I found they are wood sole.

Second time, I bought a blazer from Yoox.com. And it was made in so bad condition and it was fake. The customer service asked me to return it if I didn't feel satisfied with the item and the return shipping will be at my own expense. They didn't mention any thing about the authentic of the item.
