The merchant and merchandise were fine. There was a rebate offer for the shipping, which it turned out (in a requisite phonecall) put me in touch with a group that was selling other stuff, which I didn't want: a subscription service that I wouuld have to cancel after 30 days (first 30 free) and then be automatically billed. I do NOT like those gimmicks! It felt distracting, and like a slippery black hole. Again, I liked the original merchant, and their prices! BTW, your question number 4 is poorly worded and confusing (the survey).

I have already mailed a note complaining that I have received a wrong battery. I had ordered a battery for LG cell phone model VX8610 but was sent one for VX8700 which has different specs. Initially I had an issue with the ordering system. It appeared that there was one more step necessary to complete the order, however, this was not the case. So, I compared shipping cost to see which price was feasible to me. Each time I selected a shipping cost and method, I was charged on my credit card. I believe this is a bug in the system that needs to be addressed. I received an alert from my bank by text regarding these transactions. As a result, it caused me very temporary issues with my banking. I sent an email to your customer service to explain what had happened. The matter was taken care of very expeditiously. So, I am happy with the customer service. My only suggestion would be to fix the method of doing online ordering. When you get to that check out page, let the customers know that this is the final order. There are no indications of this being the final order. So, when you see the different methods of shipping on the side to compare, you assume that the order has not been completed yet. The other thing would be to have a phone number that we could call you on, even if it goes to a general mailbox. It gives us some kind of reassurance that there is someone there to handle our issues. This is my first time ordering from you, but I am pleased with your customer service, and will continue to order again. Thank you for all of your help, and your products are better quality than cellphoneshop, which is where I typically order from.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Excellent service! The only objection is the S&H is very expensive, but there was a coupon for reimbursement (haven't received it yet, but it was easy to fill out the form). It's still a hassel, but I was glad it was available. I didn't realize how much the shipping was until I was in checkout and had the final invoice. I didn't expect it to be so much, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered from you. I was happy with the products though, so thank you.
