WebVitamins

Ordered from them. They Shipped on Feb 7, here it is Feb 17. Still have not received. I am watching the tracking. They shipped via FEDEX. I live halfway between KCMO and St. LOuis. Well they shipped to St. Louis area, which then went right by me, to the Kansas City Kansas (Smartpost), From Kansas city Kansas, it went to Des Moines Iowa and I check last night and it has left Des Moinses Iowa for Kansas City KS again.

I think we have two dummies here.......Web Vitiamins and Fedex. I have also had bad time with Fedex. I live in small town and they leave my stuff and the wrong house each time and I have to get in the car and go get it.

I think I could have got this a lot sooner by straight USPS. And the shipping is not free!

Placed order on 11/5/11 = they charged my card and never shipped the order as of 11/12/11.

Never heard from them that there is a delay. Very disappointed.

I stumbled upon WebVitamins a few months ago. I had never ordered my vitamins or supplements online but thought it was worth a try. The site itself is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate, the customer service is beyond expectations and the vast inventory is nothing short of impressive! Highly recommended!

I give WebVitamins.com a HORRIBLE rating, because they list products on their website as "In Stock" OR "Ready to Ship" that they do NOT have in stock and those take an EXTRA week to arrive before you get them.  Not fair.  If a product is not in stock at their warehouse, they should say "Out of Stock."  Or at least something like "Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery on this item."  Very misleading and unfair to the consumer.

I love, love, love WebVitamins! I have been a customer for about a year now and I have never, ever had any problems whatsoever with this online company. I place a big order about once every month. Their website is super user-friendly, delivery is very speedy, customer service is great, their prices are fantastic, their inventory is superb, and I have yet to have an order botched. If something is on back-order, it comes in just a few days. I am very impressed with WebVitamins and will continue to do business with them. I always write to them to tell them how happy I am with their company and their service.

I have ordered several times from WebVitamins Online Store, the order has always been sent promptly and efficiently. WebVitamins Online Store sends you the product ordered and the expiration date is always far into the future. I find their Web Page easy to use and the "search" function is quite useful. I've just placed a second order with Web Vitamins since I was so pleased by my first order. Order processing and shipment was fast, and order tracking information was accurate. They have low prices and low shipping cost ( free shipping for orders over $150). The site has a huge selection of vitamins and supplements and is well arranged by type of vitamin/supplement or by manufacturer.
