So far it has been great. The issue I have is installing the new purchased appliance . When purchasing items the need to replace older one in the house , purchaser is on his own to find installer and despise the old appliance safely.

All appliances shipped together on 2 skids, delivered in 2 1/2 weeks. We already had choices made on appliances, shopped for best price both online and with Christmas sales. Found best price @ US Appliance by $200-$500 on each appliance. Also bought 4 year extended warranties @ $149 per appliance, so I felt better about buying online. None installed yet.

Very happy with the appliances in general, and the customer service (I had to call because of an issue with my credit card), was excellent. The shipment arrived FAR quicker than we expected. The only issue with the appliances in terms of quality is a small dent on the top of the refrigerator - we weren't happy about it, but hopefully it won't be seen once in-place - but the point is that it's still there, and we didn't pay for appliances with damage to them. I hope that gets passed along to those who handle your shipments! A little more care with items in-transit would be nice. Thanks for a wonderful deal!

After reading al lot of bad reviews I decided the savings were worth the risk .Gave my order and credit card info to George via phone at US Appliance. He told me how it would all go. I waited about 10 days and the trucking called to set delivery the next day.....they were there at the time they said....all 3 pieces were in tact...My new range and stove , dishwasher and microwave are sitting in my new living room waiting for my new cabinets...No Hassle, No Problems.....Ask for George he took good care of me.

I ordered a Dacor oven. Credit card charged immediately. Almost four weeks later and US Appliance still had not recieved the oven. I called Dacor. They informed me that they had plenty of ovens in stock and had had them from before my order was placed with US Appliance. US Appliance has had no response other than we're sorry, and we think we'll get it "soon", "today", this week", "next week", and "we don't know". I think you all get the idea. US Appliance will collect your money and delay your order. They do not return phone calls or follow up on orders. Choose another reseller. They are unreliable and unresponsive. Addidionally, you will pay for your purchase long before you recieve it.

These guys suck. They sent a deffective refridgerator. Their "white glove service" did not know how to take the doors off the unit to get it into the kitchen. The sugessted taking a crowbar to the nolding. I had to take the doors off and move the refrigerator myself. The instructions were on the unit. The unit never worked probperly so after two days we called LG and US-AAPPLIANCE. US_APPLIANCE refused to replace the unit even though they tought a 30 day no questions return policy. LG sent out people to fix it. They are welding, setting off smoke alarms and making a huge mess in my kitchen. In the end I got a refurbished refrigerator, not the new one I paid full price for. US-APPLIANCE maintained the could do nothing to help me. By the way, the food went bad as the repair took more than 6 hours.

Every aspect of shopping with this merchant was as advertised. By far the best price (even able to apply an on-line coupon), prompt delivery that I could track, and the nits arrived in factory fresh condition.
I'd definitely use them again for an appliance purchase (this was the first time I'd ever bought a large appliance on the Internet).

I ordered a Jenn-Aire stovetop (gas) from these folks before and I got exactly what I ordered and I got it on time. I have had the stovetop now for 2 years and it still works like new.
I just ordered a GE double wall oven from US Appliance using the no intersest for 18 months offer. GE approved me online IMMEDIATELY. I saw the same wal oven online cheaper on another site, emailed US Appliance and had a response the next day saying they would match the price. Once I was sure what I wanted, I called the person on the email (Jason M.) and guess what??? I got to talk to a REAL person!! I decided to also order a microwave/convection stand alone to go with my wall oven. Jason hooked me up, took my GE finance info, and presto!!! I was processed immediatley. So we'll see how my order goes this time, but I have no reason to expect anything than my previous order which was fantastic. There is no reason to NOT use US Appliance. Their customer service is second to none. Free shipping and no tax to boot (I live in Ca.). |

Beware Ordering from US Appliance. I won't saw they are CROOKS or Con men. But what they do is very close to unethical.
I was very hesitant using US Appliance, because of the recent reviews of customers waiting weeks for their appliances only to be informed that their order was cancelled. On 12/31/2011, I placed an order from US Appliance for a Whirlpool stainless steel double convection oven. On January 19, 2012 I receive an email informing me that my order was cancelled and it would be 2-3 days before I would have the refund credited back to my charge card. In my case US Appliance was no help in finding any replacement for the Whirlpool Double Oven I ordered. From other review sites that I have looked at this seems to be Standard Operating Procedure at US Appliance. |

I ordered the builders packages for my total purchases. I thought it was a very good cost effective purchase when they get delivered to your door. I also purchased the white glove option and they also honored that......everything right up into the kitchen and laundry room!! I would definitely do this again. I did have a couple of small blemishes on my dryer, but nothing that would cause me to complain about it. After all, they do bounce around in a truck to get to you. Thanks!!

What a lousy company. I purchased, or attempted to purchase, a plasma TV at a great price. I placed the order and was looking forward to my new TV. I get an email the next day however, stating that they made a mistake on the price and, sorry, but my order was cancelled.
Upon calling to inquire about the order, I got a sales rep who was absolutely indifferent and unapologetic, who only repeated that there was "nothing he could do" over and over again. I mean, at least offer a coupon for the inconvenience. I had already ordered 3D blu rays and extra glasses from amazon that I now must return. Not a big deal, but a pain in the neck. |

I would strongly dissuade anyone from purchasing a product from this company. I ordered a cast iron pan as a gift on Sept. 25, two weeks before a friend's wedding, because it was significantly cheaper here than at other sites. However, with no extra notification or warning, it took until yesterday (Oct. 24) to arrive, finally coming long after the wedding and disappointing my good friends on their special day. A call to the company a few days before the wedding brought no apology or sympathy, only vague assurances that it would come in "a few weeks". Unless you don't care at all when your purchase arrives, avoid US Appliances.

Their web site is easy to navigate and contained good information and competitive prices. I ordered one of their featured items, and was told to expect delivery in 3 to 5 weeks. A week later I received an email that they couldn't get the product. I contacted them and ordered another washer and dryer. When it was delivered, the box had no indication of damage, and I didn't open it to install for 2 days. Both the washer and dryer had defective enamel paint in several highly visible areas (despite being protected by styrofoam packing, which also showed no sign of damage).
US Appliance said it wasn't their problem, since I had to notify them within 1 business day of delivery. (This is not the policy that they stated when I bought the product). It is not worth it to save a few dollars and deal with the hassle of getting defective products, not being able to return them, and their very slow delivery times. |

great price but read the fine print. it takes weeks. it was three full weeks! they deliver in tractor trailers, 53 footers. they couldn't get within 2 blocks of my house with a truck that big. so they then told me i had to pay $150 shipping or come pick it up 60 miles from my house. So much for the advertised free shipping. it felt like a scam to me. when i complained the customer service specialist was a dragon. she told me it would be $600 shipping to cancel my order. I could not find the 53 foot truck discription anywhere on their website. i would stay far away from these people.
