I was tracking my order online and when after a week it continued to say 'pending' I phoned United Vacuum to inquire about when it would be shipped. I was told that they no longer ship to Canada although the website advertises that it does and when you fill out the order, it does not inform you that the transaction can not proceed. I found it unacceptable that someone could not inform me shortly after I placed the order that it was impossible to ship to me.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

I am very impressed with United Vacum. 1)There was an error made in my on-line credit card entry and the company representitive contacted me insisting on supplying the incorrect number I had entered before I gave him the correct one. He assured me that my identity was not at risk. Real professional!!! 2)This model of Hoover Carpet Cleaner was at the lowest price I found on the internet AND all of the optional accessories were included.
