I ordered a car seat cover from their website. A few days after placing the order and after my credit card had already been charged (!), I got an email stating that to Canada I would have to pay $15 shipping. When I had ordered and input my address the shipping had still displayed "0.00". After replying why I had to pay shipping when the contract had already been closed and my payment taken, I got a not-too-friendly reply that this was what it was, take it or leave it. Decided to leave it, now awaiting a refund.

I have purchased 2 Dogtra collars YS500 and 2500T&B. Order#DTS-21715. When shopping I have chosen euro version for each collar - totally + 60$For me this price difference was accepted meaning that I would not have to buy special chineese adaptors   Read full review...

Placed an order for Dasuquin joint supplement on a Monday.  A week and half later I still haven't received.  The package is going all over the East Coast and the scheduled delivery date is a full two weeks from the date it shipped.  And I got the privilege of paying $8 shipping costs for this fiasco.  Meanwhile, I've run out of Dasuquin and both dogs rely on it.

Will never use them again.  Can order the same product from Amazon and receive in two days.  Emailed customer service and they actually had to nerve to tell me the shipping length of time was within normal range!!

odered a electronic dog door, would not program to tags i ordered. called seller could not make it work. sent back for credit and payed shipping that was $31.45. received credit for $116.21 on a purchase of $151.72 total cost for me to get a door that did not work was $66.96. these people do not care about service just get the money and run to the next sale, there are better places on line to shop, if you get to read this believe me go shop some where else on line.

The product was well priced, and the communications for the order receipt and tracking were right on target.  Thr item arrived on time, as promised, and the packaging was in good condition.  The only issue was that the bag holding the screws ripped, but all were inside the box.  The crate was simple to put together, and looked exactly as decribed on the website.  I'm very pleased, and would not hesitate to order again.

had A slight hiccup on the order (received a qty of 1 when 6 were ordered) but they were prompt to reply to communications and happily fixed the error.  Packaging was excellent, shipping was quick.  I'm completely satisfied and would buy from TSC Pets again.

I was extremely surprised when I received my shipment so quickly.  Allthough I requested and paid only for UPS Ground, I received the medication on day 2 after my order.   The website is easy to Navigate and I was very pleased with the on-line shopping experience.  I will definely use this supplier in the future if the rates remain comparable.  Very good supplier.

I reciently purchased the perimeter Wifi Dog fence and so far, I think it should work very well for our property. the system itself appears to be pretty well designed, I wish the collar was a bit smaller, but it is light weight. The setup was pretty easy and fool proof, and for all the bad reviews, people just have unrealistic expectations of this product, just think of a cell phone, you can't use it in the woods or mountains, or surrounded in metal, duh! For TSC Pets.com, they were very helpful on the phone and propt, the deliver was very fast, and the tracking worked great, but the only problem I have is for the international buyers and the $70.00 price, "crossing the border" fee when you receive the product, like it did'nt cost enough already, this should be announced somewhere for the consumer to see, shipping altogether cost me, $100.00. But overall, I feel I will enjoy this product.

TSC Pets.com ordering system was very user friendly.  Price of the item ordered was more than competitive with other web sites I researched.  I was disappointed to see the delivery was going to be 5 to 8 business days but I actually received my product within 2 to 3 business days from my order date.  GREAT JOB TSC Pets!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the delivery speed and the accuracy of the order.  I would recommend this company!  The only issue I have is I thought I was ordering the lysin paste, not the gel and I am having trouble getting this gel down my cat.

We ordered some hard-to-find dog joint care supplements (PhyCox-JS).  Several pet supply vendors have this supplement on backorder.  Fortunately, TSC Pets had it in-stock, and they offered the best online pricing.  Their prices were the lowest even after adding in CA state sales tax (we are CA residents).  Our order was securely packed, and it arrived quickly via UPS.  We got exactly what we ordered.  They provided good e-mail communications for order confirmation and shipping tracking.  In addition, they have an excellent website, with an unusually extensive inventory.  Overall, TSC Pets gave us an wonderful buying experience, and we will certainly visit their website when shopping for our pet supplies.  TSC Pets is highly recommended (even for us California residents)!

I ordered the Paws Aboard Large Yellow Dog Life Jackets 50-90 Lb for my golden retriever so that we would feel comfortable with him swimmimg every day while we are at the lake on vacation.  I ordered the jacket on a Thursday and I received it the following Tuesday.  The ordering process was extremely simple and delivery was fast.  As soon as we received the jacket we tried it on our dog and it fit perfectly.  I am extremely happy with the entire ordering process.

I hate to be the one to give a poor review, but I was really not satisfied with my purchase. Yes, I did get my order in a timely matter, within 4 days. But when I recieved it, the box was all torn apart and the stop watch was missing. The quality of the equipment was ok but the surprise COD that I had to pay wasn't. I wish there would have been some notification that there was an extra charge. Because I ended up paying more on shipping than the price tag of what I bought. Sadly to say, I will not be ordering from this website again. I won't even use the 5% coupon. I wish it was a better experience
