My kids' computers were stolen and I needed to replace them quickly "for school" ;) I need all-in-ones due to space constraints but I wanted them to be able to play their MMP games on line as well, so I searched Consumer Reports and found a Toshiba that fit the bill -- out of stock. I chatted with a Toshiba rep and he recommended a lower cost alternative with better gaming hardware...I bought two and got them in less than a week. Excellent to that point....not so happy with Windows 8, though. But then, I am not the end user.

I really like shopping with Toshiba. I had an excellent experience 1 year ago after I bought a new Toshiba laptop. The mother board went out only 2 months after I had it. The warranty was honored and turn around time was 2 weeks with a repaired laptop. Happy Camper. That is why I came back to purchase the battery for it now. Debbie in Texas

There were no instructions for the initial installation of product, or recommendations of how long to charge it prior being used.

Ordered my custom laptop on the 25th of march 2013, and the estimated shipping date when I ordered it was set for april 3rd 2013.  It has changed 4 times now and currently stands at may 10th 2013 (almost 2months from the order date).  Have called/emailed many times and been given no information on any details regarding the status of the build.  Honestly if you're out of a part or something it shouldn't take longer than a week to get more...

This is an unacceptable wait time to get a custom laptop.  I can understand 3 weeks. Not 5+ weeks.

If you order from toshiba direct, you'll be much happier with a prebuilt model than a custom one if you need it quickly.

The product was ordered and after, there were several emails stating several different delivery dates. After several calls to Toshiba, customer service was unable to confirm a shipping date. As of today, the product has not been shipped.

The wed sit was great and easy to add what parts I wanted to go into the new laptop. Price discount was in effect plus free shipping. We got what we wanted with delivery coming 3 days early then stated. 3 days over Easter holiday from China to SW Missouri via FedEx with delivery at 8:30AM. Can't ask for anything better. So far product has worked just as well as our 8 year old Toshiba laptop.

The website was a little confusing so I contacted Customer Service. The gentleman I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable. He quickly solved my problem, placed the order and it was delivered much faster than I expected.
