before you order, check the amount charged, this company charges an arm and a leg for shipping... they probably include the dishwasher.

Your website is very buggy.  Tried to pay with amazon payments...and then it froze.  Tried to then pay with Paypal...but it froze again, still trying to find amazon.


I started over by searching in your search bar with the EXACT item description, cut/pasted from my original purchase attempt.  The site crashed.  Search engin seems broken.

I tried to add (NOT "quick add") the companion piece to my first item and the site didn't take me to my shopping cart (as it did with the initial add of my first item).  Kept pushing the button...only to find too many added.

I final started over.

The Customer Service at WEBstaurant Store Online is extremely GREAT. Natalie, the customer service agent was great in all aspects. She kept me informed of all deatails and did a great job in the follow up process of my order, return, refund and re order.

I have been buying from the Webstaurant store for about 2-3 years.
The service is terrific and the quality of the items I've purchased has been wonderful.  The prices are great, best anywhere !!  Orders have been received in plenty of time for my events and the order is always complete and just what I ordered.  Everything I've ordered has surpassed my expectations.  Shipping is really fast, I don't have to worry about getting my order. I have found just what I am looking for and even things I didn't know I wanted !!  Yet, in receiving them, they are just what I needed.

I needed to change an order a couple of hours after I had placed it, and customer service was wonderful.  Took care of my problem with absolutely no difficulty.  I was treated with respect and I appreciated not being treated like an idiot !  I am a happy purchaser and plan to always order things from Webstaurant, and look to them for quality and sometimes unusual items..

I've ordered from the WEBstaurant Store several times now.  The orders are filled very quickly, items are neatly and well packaged and the pricing is fair.  I will certainly order again in the future.  Items are also shipped in sturdy boxes that don't fall apart or tear easily unlike some other online companies.

   I was pleased to find a Co. that carried commercial brands of food processors. My only issue so far is your on-line warranty policy. Or better stated; your lack of one. In place of a warranty you offer the consumer the option of a 20% restocking fee, S&H added, to your products. I'm sure you have your reasons, but one of the biggest Customer concerns and reason for lack of Internet sales, is the consumer having no fall back nor recourse when they have received a defective or damaged product. Having to send it back to the manufacturer, for repairs is not a good investment, nor use of their money. Nor does it install confidence that they will ever have a satisfactory solution to their issue. I am not the only one that is willing to shop at Walmarts or Lowes, over an on-line purchase, because of their returns policy of 100% satisfaction.
   I am expecting that my purchase of your quality products remains worry free, but do pray that you make some modifications in the future to protect your client base. Thank you,

The shopping was excellent, however when trying to use Amazon.com checkout it required an exoiration date. Amazon,com Credit Card does not have an expiration date. This required me to use another CC rather than Amazon's.

Great prices on this site - have had other orders from them every thing arrives in good time.  Enough selection - one thing if some items will delay your order - either make two orders to get what you need first or let them know in the comment part of the order entry.

They have everything I can't find elsewhere.  

Some things are cheaper quality, but also generally at a very cheap price, like a $3 nutmeg grater, which works great but don't squeeze it too hard or you'll crush it.

Some of my purchases have been high quality and very ugly and industrial.  I have a 8" stainless steel cap strainer, which looks like a galvanized steel building.  Mine came with turquoise corrosion, or dried cleanser from their industrial processing.  It cleaned up well enough, and is very handy in the kitchen.  It would also be indestructible in an autoshop.  For $11 it's a great deal.   I buffed mine out with a dremel and a drill and now it looks a pretty sweet kind of ugly.

Most things are available in many options : cooling racks of graduating sizes, which were all duplicated in 2 offerings : ugly and pretty; 4 sizes of hand-lever citrus squeezers; and a ton of other juicing options of all kinds of design.

I've never felt like I didn't get what I paid for, and often find great deals on exactly what I'm looking for.

Well not only you guys have the best deals online but also a very good chat systems. The customer service is excellence and very knowlegable. The only thing made me took so long to decide to place an order was your shipping cost is 20% higher than other websites but your products are  very high quality. If you guys can lower the the shipping cost maybe your business will be better, I guess. If you can have the coupon codes on your website it will be very helpful

Well, I don't know where to start! I don't own a food establishment or anything, but if you need ANYTHING FOOD RELATED, and you're smart... then you'll GET IT >>--->HERE<---<<  They have EVERYTHING, and the pricing is very reasonable! Every time I have ordered from this site I have had very good service and the prices can't be beat. I am the caterer at a missions school in Zambia - we are in a very remote area with no stores to buy supplies. We are in the midst of building a new kitchen so I have had to rely on the Internet to source new supplies. I am able to purchase items easily from half way around the world. The things I order are sent to a friend who then gets them on a shipping container - the reality is the order I just placed won't get to me until Aug/Sept 2012 but I am assured that the quality for the price will be worth the wait. I first started ordering from webstaurantstore.com about 5 years ago, they were one of the few legit places that shipped Delitainers to residential homes & supplied them in volumes that were for a normal household (ie: not a million units that I'll never use(.

Now more people sell these, so it isnt as big a deal, but I still find everything is cheaper here.

I love the delitainers as they allow me to save/store/freeze/microwave the food I make at home for 12 cents a container, it is amazing. I've saved probably $400+ a year with these things. It is awesome to standardize on these things, so all the lids fit, etc. My parents have about 10 types of containers/lids and can never find the right one, and the containers are not leak proof, etc.

We have used this store for the first time and are so sadly disappointed. We ordered
items 10 days ago and paid an exorbitant amount of shipping to deliver quickly. We
still don't have it and these people say they will not ship another item, nor will they
refund the money we have already paid for the item. Dealing with the help desk has
 gotten us nowhere. When I call and ask to speak to someone else outside of
customer support, they refuse to give names, numbers or email addresses. Even when provided with the shipping ticket showing it was shipped to and signed for at
an address other than ours, they still do not respond or offer any other help. I expected more from a store that had such good reviews and seems to be a legitimate business.

Always easy to shop here. Website navigation is simple & quick. Your selection is fabulous! I have found new ideas to incorporate into my work just by shopping here. The only downside is I would rather the shipping not be so high. With the flat rate shipping options available out there these days it is just a little high. I have been shopping here for several years now. You almost always have what I need! If you run short on something you are very prompt in letting me know so I can alter my order. It's one stop shopping for my catering & concession business. If you don't have what I'm looking for you have gone above & beyond trying to locate it!
