The information about the products were clear, and the prices that are listed were very reasonable. The ordering process was quick and easy. I like the fact that I can use my Amazon account and information to order. did not receive my order yet, but this it will be here soon and as expected.

Easy to use website. Great Variety of items. The only con that I can mention so far is the price of shipping. It would be nice if the shipping and handling cost was a bit lower. Very fast delivery. Excellent quality of products. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I was reluctant about shopping online so I called customer service several times (different days) to see how the representatives respond to me as a customer.  Each representative I spoke with was helpful and if they couldn’t answer the question, they had someone to help with assisting me.  I will order from the Webstaurant Store again.  Also my items arrived in a timely manner with no issues.

The web site was easy to use. I received the product I ordered well within the range given as the potential duration for delivery dates. The product is in good condition and seems to work as advertised. Free or cheaper shipping options would be nice. The high shipping prices will keep this site low on my kitchenware shopping site list.

I am very please with this site. I ve been shoping with them since 2009 and they have outstanding services. Back in 2009 i order over a thousand dollar worth of merchandise to be shipped to canada and i needed a broker 's account.  The Customer service representative went out of her way to help me find one and everything was deliverd to my door on time and safely. I have always had a great experience shopping with Webstaurant Store. They have been very gracious in taking care of any issues that come up. I have recommended them to several of my business owner friends. The products have always been a good quality and the delivery is often just a day or two after placing my order. I appreciate the huge variety of products as well as the ease of navigating their website. I have not found a better place to buy gloves and aluminum foil pans in quantities that are not too much for my small business. I appreciate the option of smaller quantities for those times when i don't need 1000 of a certain item. I do have a complaint concerning the shipping costs. It seems as if they have increased recently, more than inflation warrants.

I was looking for a roll of plastic bags that I use for personal use to help me dispose of cat litter daily. I have been doing this for years now and this was the best price and easiest transaction that I have had so far doing this. I hope that these bags work well for me. It is one of the few places I've been able to find many products in smaller packaging.  I am a mobile food truck without outside storage, so everything I purchase must be stored on my truck.  I LOVE WEBstaruant for individual packaging vs the huge cases of products I'll never go through!  I can purchase everything from single boxes of giant straws to all sorts of flavored coffee syrups. 

Customer service is excellent if I need help with any product or with returning any merchandise.

I really enjoy the new Beta version of the webpage, as the photos of the products are larger and easier to view.  It is also very easy to place an order from my iPad.  The only problem I've had with this option is if I put something in my cart using my iPad, it doesn't show up as in my cart if I use my PC.

I recommended WEBstaurant to my niece who owns a full-service restaurant, and she too thinks it is amazing!

We love WEBstaurant Store! Their prices are excellent and their shipping is FAST! We will continue to give them our business! We ordered a Tor Rey scales from them at a very good price and we regularily reorder the labels for the scales from them. We highly recommend the Tor Rey LSQ-40L scales that we purchased from WEBstaurant. It is very easy to use and to program and  they have a very knowlegable staff that can answer your questions and help with setup. WEBstaurant also carries several hard to find products such as the smaller deli wax papers that we use on a daily basis and the smaller deli platters with lids. Thanks for your superb service! This is one of the best restaurant supply sites I have ever found. I stumbled upon this wonderful place while pricing immursion blenders. I was completely blown away by the semingly neverending variety of products available! Not only did I find the exact blender I was looking for, at the best price, I also found several other items I had been wanting to add to my kitchen as well as many others to add to my wish list. I am talking about category after category of nearly anything you would need to open or update a restaurant/commercial kitchen. I especially appreciated the product videos done by webstaurantstore.com and past customers. So many "restaurant supply" sites have little more than a single sentance given to describe a single product. This experience was nearly as good as being in a physical store only with more options! I ordered the Gold Metal 2388 Popcorn machine for our school PTO. The machine came recommended by another school PTO. WEBstaurant had the best price I found. It was an easy transaction. I used the live chat to ask a question, which was much easier and faster than picking up the phone and going through an automated menu in order to reach a customer service rep. They were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to get our new Popcorn Machine and try it out.

I am unfamiliar with your product so I sent an inquiry. I received a fast relpy with a link to the page of the product I was interested in. I followed the link and selected the items I wanted and checked out with my PayPal account.

All in all it was a very easy, fast way to secure the items I need.

Once they arrive, I will evaluate them with others in my club. If we find that this product meets our needs, we will order more. We most likely will order case lots to save evan more. However, your prices are very reasonable compared to other suppliers we have looked into.
