I needed to call customer service and it took forever to get to an agent. The recording kept saying your wait is five minutes and then it would come on the line and say your wait is now five minutes it was annoying. I had to call back three times. I would wait and wait and wait then finnaly hang up. When I did get through your reps had great customer service!

Customer service is horrible!!!
It took me nine phone calls and two emails in 5weeks to return a single item. Everytime I speak with an agent, they all say different things. One time an agent hung up on me!!!!!!! They told me that shipping is on them and they will send me a return label, which they never did in last three weeks. I'm just gonna return anyway with my own money. I will never shop here again.

Horrible customer service!I bought snowboard boots and there was a defect in back of one boot that something sharp jammed into my ankle. I only skied a very short time before I had to stop because of it. I called the company and as soon as I said I needed to return something the girl got a very nasty tone and left me on hold for a long time.  Then when I explained my problem she said they would not do anything even though the boot was defective.  Finally she gave me another number to call. I called and of course got an answering machine. I left my name and number but no call.  It has been 5 days.  I will definitely not be purchasing anything else from here!

I was required to call the company to complete the order I placed online. This delayed my order a day and I am left wondering about the necessity of this step. I ordered my product the Friday before Christmas. It was in stock and regular shipping was 4-6 days. I was worried that with it being the Christmas season...I might not get it in time. Imagine my surprise, when on Saturday the FedEx truck dropped off my order. It had been a mere 26 hours since I had placed the order. Excellent on time delivery and service!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I accidentaly ordered the wrong sizes. The next morning, I called The House. The associate was professional and extremely efficient. She mentioned there might be a slight delay while the order was corrected, but it should be minimal because the order was still in the warehouse. I don't think there was any delay, the entire shipment came earlier than I expected. The entire process was seemless, even though I made an error. I couldn't be more happier. This is why we shop at The House first for our teens' snowboarding needs! :)

This is why people hesitate to shop online.. these guys are hopeless, and they couldnt care less. I have been waiting over a month and a half for a product promised in no more than 7 days. And the worst part: they havent yet contacted me once to let me know about delays! I t is understandable that things get delayed but to not let the customer know what is happening is really poor. I will not be recommending these guys anytime soon and strongly suggest you look elsewhere too. I will update this when I finally get what I ordered or a refund.. dont hold your breath! Goodluck

The entire shopping experience was great. I received all items purchased very quickly and they were in perfect condition. I accidentally ordered the wrong size mittens and had to send them back for an exchange, and the coat was too big which I also had to send back for exchange. However the process was still great, and all the information needed for exchange was very easy to find and understand.
