The Danbury Mint

Do not buy anything from these SCAMMERS!  They will continue to make unautorized charges to your credit or debit card.  I'm $50.00 and counting in the hole right now...Customer Service will do nothing.

I recently placed an order with Danbury Mint for a Texas Longhorn Ornament. It was perfect for this christmas although reading further into it i had found that the decription of the item said 2.95 for you FIRST ornament. Now, no where else on the page did they explain when or how you would be charged further for the rest of the"collection". Because of the lack of clarity i decided to go ahead and cancel my order with them. Customer service was horrible. I would not reccoment ordering from this site! It just seems like a scam! Be careful when ordering and ask questions before giving them your card info! I will be watching out for any unauthorized purchases!

i recently orderd a liverpool stadium model for my husband for christmas 07 . the order i put in was in the month november that left 8weeks for this order to be processed and shipped guess what i still have not recieved the goods orderd from danbury mint , when i phoned danbury mint i was told were not resposible for the post , not even a appollogy as this was a christmas present for my husband , i was told to ring in ten days time , so that they could trace the missing parcel . guess what they had not tyraced it a new order was placed for the same model . i was told delivery would be in a weeks time . please be aware when purchasing from danbury mint as my experiences has left me feeling flat and not confident in there ability to send out orders at the correct time .

Someone used my card fraudulently at this place 3 times so far and the charges are still coming. The Danbury Mint will do NOTHING about it. I call and gave the card number (this card has now been replaced) and asked them to look it up, as they must have a delivery address which is not mine. They are so lazy, they pretended they were interested,but obviously not. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CHECK OUT THE CREDIBILITY OF BUYERS. IT IS A COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE COMPANY. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE SAME EXPERIENCE I AM GOING THROUGH.
