The Container Store is every organizer's dream, with a storage solution and container for just about anything you can think of. The prices aren't bad - about the same as Bed, Bath & Beyond, though not as cheap as Target and Walmart. Unfortunatley, there are only a handful of stores in the US, and only in major metro areas. So if you're among the unlucky masses that do not live anywhere near a Container Store, you are forced to buy their products online and pay exorbitant shipping charges. In this day and age of free and low-cost shipping, you'd think The Container Store would get with the program. Their lowest shipping rate is over $8 (!!). I may order again, but only things I can't get anywhere else.

Terrible! I waited for the shelving/storage sale to buy some DVD/CD shelves & just before the sale started, they upped the price, so that when they went on sale they were close to the non-sale price. When I contacted TCS customer service to say that I'd specifically waited for the sale because I'd planned to buy at least 10 of those items (and see if they could do anything about it), they could not have been less helpful or less interested. Needless to say, I didn't buy them & won't set foot in that store anymore. They've lost a customer in me (and I'm a shopper!).
