List out of stock items as in stock.  Put in a coupon code and they cancelled my order because they, "were out of stock," /weren't making enough on the sale.  Took 11 days to even move on the item, finally sent me an e-mail that it is out of stock...waste of time.

I haven't even received my washer yet, yet I am impressed with supremeoutlets' customer service. I placed my order (wednesday am) and according to fedex tracking I will receive washer today (friday). Now I don't know about everyone else but thats pretty damned impressive to me. If the washer even comes CLOSE to working as well as the customer service department, I picked the right place to purchase my washer. I only regret not getting the gentlemans name at time of order, for he was truly gratious considering I had called at 10:01 am and they had just turned on the phones. To him I say thank you and keep up the good work!!

Terrible customer service - you can never reach anyone to talk to.  Never shipped my item.  Lied to me saying it was in stock and would ship next day.  Never received my product.  Never received any notification that my item was out of stock. Finally I had to cancel order.

I ordered a Haier XQJ5031 from SupremeOutlet. I shopped around for this washer for 2 weeks and everyone had it as out of stock. Presently, I came across SupremeOutlet which had the washer listed for $73.00 less than everyone else. I called and also spoke to Katie, she provided me with excellent customer service, told me that it is in stock and would ship same day. I placed my order August 17th and received my new washer on the 19th! Now that fast shipping. The box looked like the unit was damaged but when I opened it, it was in perfect condition. Maybe because they over packaged the item and used these rigid corner boards. I love this washing machine, I use it everyday. Just wanted to let everyone know, that I am enormously pleased with SupremeOutlet and Haier XQJ5031 washing machine.

The only concern was that they had said they would notify us when our purchase was shipped. We were never notified and it just showed up. We were hoping for the notification so someone would be home to take it in. Instead it ended up sitting outside all day until we got home. That was a little unnerving for us!

I tried to purchase the LG WM3988HWA - 27 Inch Steam Washer/Dryer Combo with 4.2 cu. ft capacity. Unfortunately, the substituted a smaller sized model and didn't inform me they would do this. As an online shopper, I would expect for a merchant to contact me to see if it was okay to substitute the item. The item that they sent was about $100-$300 less in value and about 2 cubic feet smaller. This was of great shock, so of course I called them and they offered me a credit for the difference. I then told them I would rather them pick the item back so I could get a refund. I received the item in the beginning of the week and they were supposed to pick it up the upcoming Friday. I called them only to find out their delivery trucks were busy (once again no notification). They were supposed to come the next Monday. Monday arrived, I confirmed pickup in the morning, but delivery truck problems (mechanical) was the new reason for no show the Monday. I had to write a letter to confirm pick up today...I am not trying to be annoying, I just want the credit...I was starting to feel weird about the transaction with them. They picked up the washer and wrote me a reassuring email stating I would get a credit. The delivery people left a great thank you in my lawn...some tread marks. How professional. I had gone by other reviews that stated Supremeoutlet was great. I was so excited until I went through a bit of trouble for an item that they no longer carried. I'd say they have great customer service, just be prepared to follow up on your purchase.

We called after placing our order and was told the merchandise was available and was being tagged to be shipped to us. Days later, we phoned again to check on the order and was told you did not have the merchandise. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

My order was placed online on March 28 and confirmed quickly. As of April 6, there had been no further communication from the vendor. I called and got a recording saying that customer service was not available at that time. I left my cell phone number and the call was not returned. As of April 7, the item still has not been charged to my credit card and the online "tracking" just says the order is in process.

I called these guys for an air conditioners. I spoke to a sales rep named Katie. She was the most helpful gal I ever spoke to. She explained everything. She figured out the right unit for my room and he was right. I got the unit and put it in the window and it works great! My room is cool, just the way I like it. The delivery guy was great too.

Bought a Frigidaire FMB330RGC  dishwasher from SupremeOutlet. The product came a week later from NY to MI with the delivery people putting it IN my house. The product had no damage from shipping, SupremeOutlet was very courteous and responsive in their emails and the delivery company was just the same on the phone to set up a delivery time that worked for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this merchant to anyone. People say you get what you pay for, and I got nothing but excellence.

When I called there to find out more information on the FEB24S5AS Wall oven that I was interested in purchasing, I spoke with Katie...who, I must say, would be an asset to any company. I have compared the item's cost and shipping cost against a few others that made the price seam lower at first but then charged outrageous shipping, but supremeoutlet have the best bottom line prices. I purchased 4 GE Profile appliances from SupremeOutlet. Well designed website, competivive prices on all items and much better pricing on 3 of the 4 versus home depot or lowes, plus free shipping. Order was confirmed right away and a representative from SupremeOutlet called me to say when shipment would take place and that the driver would call me the day before with delivery time, which they did. Everything came through brand new, very well packaged and no damage. I have recommended this site to several of my friends and would absolutely buy from them again
