Supplies Guys

This company has RAPIDLY gone DOWNHILL.  A year or two ago they gave excellent service and a quality product, they must have changed vendors, although they insist that they haven't.  The quality is TOTAL CRAP NOW!!! I have an entire box of 10 ink toners I am trying to return, even spoke to the owner a few weeks ago who never got back to me, as promised.  SO disappointed in this company.  They had a really great thing going at one time but now I feel it necessary to WARN anyone NOT to use them for TONER.

It was fast and easy to locate and order the item I wanted and the purchase arrived as ordered and on time.  Two weeks later I purchased a similar item (Smead pressboard file folders with Safety Shield) and the accuracy and speed were the same.  It goes without saying that the price per individual item was the best I could find on both occasions.

I highly recommend the "Supplies Guys"!  I have been very happy with the speediness of sending out orders and also their customer support. 

I had a problem getting a maintenance kit to work in my solid ink printer and they had the answer almost immediately.  I followed their instructions and everything works great now.

I was a bit hesitant to use supplies not provided by the original printer manufacturer - especially the Xerox printer.  Now, however, I will ONLY purchase toner and ink from the Supplies Guys!  

Our budget is working much better since we do a lot of printing and the price difference with the compatible ink and toner makes a big difference.

They are always quick, efficient, helpful and appreciative of my orders!
