But I do feel misrepresentated on the merchandise I purchased. Unless I read wrong my sheet package had small gb logos all over the sheets at least that's what they advertise but when I received my merchandise I had a plain white sheet set with a green bay pillowcase!

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase.  For Christmas, I ordered my son-in-law a N. C. State Corn Toss set based upon the picture on their site.  Wished I had opened it and looked at it before wrapping.  When he opened his present, it was a plain corn toss game and they had included a small sheet of decals in the box for you to apply yourself.  Actual boards looked NOTHING like the photo.  Will never order from this company again.

I ordered based upon the picture the Steelers reflectors to put at the end of my daughters driveway because it is very steep and very hard to see the end of driveway. That is what the picture showed you could do with them. THEY ARE SO SMALL...I'll never see them to guide me down the driveway. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM.

The initial process went very smooth....of course...because that's the process where they take your money!!!  I received my order in a timely manner...but only to find that the comforter...which was a COMPLETE bedding package....was missing.    I therefore  sent an email which went unreplied for 3 days.  I then called and spoke with someone who did not speak english so it was extremely difficult to understand her.  She told me that the comforter was no longer available form the retailer.  In a nutshell....I was never going to be informed of this.....The sheets and sham came from one reatiler and the comforter was coming from another....even though they advertise this as a package...it's NOT really a package when your trying to obtain merchandise from two different retailers .  They now have to submit a "request" for return from the retailer that sent the sheets.  It's been 4 days and was told I would have a response in 2 days.  Concerned that I am stuck with sheets and no comforter at a 158.00 price tag.  Will be contacting my credit card company to see what they can do.  This company should be banned from the internet!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered on Aug 6th, shipping was 1-5 days, received notice ship dates were aug 8-12... it is the 23rd and several emails have been sent, phone calls made. I finally got a tracking number and UPS says it doesn't exist!!! I am afraid that 1) I will not get my item I ordered (which they have already gotten paid for) and 2) that the item will be to small when or if I finally do possibly get it. I will not recommend this store the service is lousy.

I ordered gymnastics grips - great price and free grip bag.  First, I received no notice that my items were shipped and had to call customer service so they could track my package.  Isn't it just easier to send me the tracking info??  Second, my "free" grip bag did not come.  Customer service said that it was no longer available and offered 10% off my NEXT purchase rather than my current purchase.  Furthermore, despite knowing that the free bag was not available, they did not remove the advertisement from the website.

I ordered several products and each was exactly as described. I ordered a complete bedding package for the Dodgers and the Stellers. This came with a comforter, sheet set, pillow shams and bed skirt. The prices were the best online and the order came quickly. I found the quality of the material for the products very good. I also ordered lamps, which really round out the room and give it a custom look. I decided not to go with the valances and drapes, but they looked really cool. Overall, I got exactly what I wanted and more. Thank you SportsKids.com!

the only problem was the delay in getting the items. the payment was taken out of my account right away. however i never was told why there was a delay in the shipment. i feel i should have receved the items quicker or an explanation why as to any type of delay.

I was very happy with the selection and ordered 2 backpacks for my twin grandsons since this is their first year in baseball. It took i little over 2 weeks for shipping but 2 weeks was disclosed when the order was placed so I expected the delay. I attemped several times to contact the business at the ending of the timeframe to see if there might be an earlier date but I could only get voicemail with a committment to receive a call the next business day and that did not happen. Again after the date of projected delivery I attempted contact since the website status was not updated and tried multiple times and finally got a "real" person. She did some checking and within 30 minutes of my call the package showed ready for shipping and pickup for delivery. Not sure if that was just timing or it took a phone call to get the item shipped. So the selection and quality of product is good but service is poor in my opinion.

I ordered a pair of Patriot crocs for my grandson for Christmas on December 16, 2010. My credit card was promptly billed on that date with extra charges for expedited three day shipping because I wanted them for a Christmas present and to date I still have not received the order. I think more than two months to get my order is excessive and I still have not received it. The worst part is no one will answer my numerous emails or call me back. I have sent 10 emails and called 6 times.  They advertise a customer service email adress and telephone number but have none.  When you call no one will answer the phone a machine will take a message and say they will call you back the next business day.  I have been calling since December 23, 2010 and still have not received a call back.  Don't ever order from them if you really want the product. They take your money and don't deliver.
