This renewal by Speedy-mags took about 2 months. When I contacted them after a month they said they would check on it and email the results. They never did but the magazines did start arriving a few weeks later. My previous renewals done thru the magazine (for a few dollars more) usually arrived the next week.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

Ordered 3 nursing magazines for a ridiculously LOW price...so low I actually sent an email to confirm they were full year subscriptions! The response was nearly immediate, I received the magazines as promised, on time. I am sure I will use this service again for any future needs I may have. My order came quickly and was correct. When I opened the package yesterday, I found that one of the glass cutting boards was broken. I called the company and a very nice man told me to dispose of the broken one and a new one would be sent to me! Of course I haven't received the new one yet, but I have no doubt that it will be coming. A great shopping experience!  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The folks were very polite and responded to my inquiries promptly, but after two sets of phone calls and e-mails over a period of the past 60 days, there has been no magazine received(originally paid on June 29, 2012) yet, and I have requested a refund from Speedy Mags as of today, November 2, 2012. I called the publisher directly this morning, and the publisher does not find any record of the requested subscription in their database!  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

SpeedyMags.com is the only place I've seen Hot Rod Deluxe offered...it was to be a gift for my husband. According to the site, it ws offered. No communication from them til I called them only to find out that they no longer carry this magazine....wonder how long they would have kept my $$ had I not called on the status of this order. I ordered a 2 year subscription through this company.  But, instead of receiving the title I ordered, I get another title all together.  I sent several emails to their customer service department about this issue and was assured they were going to check into it.  I started the order in September of 2011 and it is now January 2012 and I'm still getting the wrong magazine!  I would recommend to people to go directly through the publisher for a subscription.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating: Customer Service: On-Time Delivery:

They received our payment from our credit card almost immediately, but the magazine took about 10 weeks to start. I was beginning to get concerned, but did not call. So, everything worked just fine. This was a Christmas present that was ordered on 12/11/10 and as of COB 3/22, it has still not yet been received!! I logged on to track the order which indicates that it should have been delivered already. The addresses are correct and I have confirmation of the order(#111052). Why would I ever purchase at SpeedyMags again if I don't actually receive the product I paid for!!  I would not shop here again
