Shopping at SmartBargains is a great experience. It is convenient and affordable. The one bummer for me is that you can't cancel pending orders. I once ordered a few things and less than 2 minutes later I realized I wanted to change one of the items. I had hoped to cancel the first order and send a new order with the corrections. But I was not allowed to cancel.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The experience started out well. I made an error with my delivery date, however, they were very helpful as much as they could be. I actually got my items before the time estimated. The box the dress came in was really tore up, however, the dress was ok, the shipping papers were missing. The assistant on the phone was very nice and helpful. The website offers very good price items. I do wish this website always offered free shipping and return because shopping online is very difficult for customer. We don't see the products. While the purchase arrived well before the expected date, I did not have any tracking info available to me. Also the sheet set was advertised as having extra pillow cases but only received two.
