i ordered something online to pickup at sears it was makeup but when i went to get it it was not packaged and beat up a little bit, not that happy about it ... it was for a gift.

What a nightmare! Ordered 3 parts for a one-year-old Craftsman shop vac. Two parts came. No explanation for the missing third part. I have to call to find out that it is not in stock (the web site continues to say it is in stock). They don't know if it will ever be in stock, even though they are willing to leave me hanging by saying it is back ordered. I chat and speak with two more Sears.com reps who assure me that it is now in stock. I order it again. Repeat the results of the first order. I've called local stores, but they are so resentful about having to answer a question, who knows if it is true that they don't have the part. Craftsman website help is actually Sears.com. About 30 emails, calls, chats later... still no idea if I can even ever get the part. There were many other screw-ups on their part which I will not go into.

This experience is hard to classify as I began by ordering another television online, paying for it with a credit card and learning the next day that the merchandise was not available and that my purchase would not be credited back to my credit card account for up to three days which meant I could not shop again until that had cleared. When I did shop for another television, I chose one but it was not available at the store or anywhere else in your system. The young clerk who was very knowledgeable about televisions helped me find another set, but it was not in stock at that store. I did make the purchase and picked up the set from another store thirty miles away. I am happy with my purchase and grateful to the salesperson for his help.

Shopping experience was good, delivery was 4 hours late from the time given. The installation team also put the wroing power cord on the stove (they should have checked before they installed the cord).
Stove seems to perform as promised.

Ordered and paid for a tool bag, and for once the order went through for local store pick-up. (Usually these offers turn out to be bogus.) Received a subsequent email that the order was not available after all, and my payment was to be accredited back to my account. Was also given the option to get the item shipped to me at no additional cost. Tried to do that, but could not log into my Sears account. - password/email address conflicts which could not be resolved. And, as of yet, the payment has not been refunded.

I have ordered several items from the sears online store. Each time has been a wonderful experience. The last item I ordered was my son's high chair. I ordered it exactly a week before thanksgiving in hopes that it would arrive on time

The only problem I had and couldn't resolve involved a question of length of the earrings. I called the 800 number asking if they had details on them bit they did not so recommended I call the jewelry department at mt nearby Sears should they carry the item. They didn't but were extremely nice. I might suggest the merchants add a bit more detail to help the consumer. They are beautiful and I will keep them but they are really to short, hoping their beauty willmake up for what they lack in length.

No where on the web site did it state that I would have to put together the table, arrived in 9 large parts and numerous nots and bolts, and the 4 chairs, which arrived in 2 large parts and 4 small each. WhenI called to ask why the phone person offered to have Sears put the furniture together for a price. If I had known I would have to have put the furniture together and still bought it, that would have been one thing, but not knowing it was going to arrive in multiple pieces was a big surprise, and having the customer service person, just say well we can have it put together for you but it will cost you was extremely irritating .

its hard to rate this as i ordered but so far have only gotten confirmation that they received order - no word on when i can expect the tiller or ability to track it. I am of the opinion i would not order this way again as there is no way to find out anything other than to see it has been billed to my c/c. Not very happy with it at the present time -lets see how it turns out.

The curtains & valances that I ordered were shipped to a local Sears store. I went to pick them up but some of them were the wrong color, so I had to cancel this order & reorder by phone. The operator that took my order on the phone was helpful and made sure that I got the same price that I had originally paid.

First time I have shopped on line with Sears. I live in the west island of Montreal, Pierrefonds, I tried to find a doble boiler here at our Sears at Fairview mall but they didm't have one. I was very pleased to be able to purchase one with Sears on line. I just received it today and am very happy that it came so quickly.

I like the earrings I received and the process for ordering was easy. However the posts of the earrings are slightly bent and one of the earrings does not have a back to it. When I called to find out if I could replace it I of course spoke to a customer representative who did not speak good english and was no help whatsoever.

It was easier to find what I wanted and I didnt have to wonder the store ( physically) to find what I was looking for exactly...The same afternoon I helped a friend order parts for his shop vac on sears.com. He was going to go tto the store for additional filters and we were able to get them sent to the house...much more sensible.
