A prepaid 'if necessary' return form would be preferred. One expects that leeway when shopping for clothes on line, where the fit is hard to determine. Not sure I would buy clothes from this side, but accessor items OK. Also the shipping was the maximum estimated time. Some places ship so it isn't the last possible arrival day. The products offered are good, in general.

Shopping experience was good except for having to sign for my package and they only deliver Tuesday through Saturday and I work full-time so I had to reschedule my delivery date. Sizes were much smaller than I expected so I had to return my order. If I were to order in the future I would order mens sizes instead of womens. The return policy and email notification of package return was excellent. Overall I had a great shopping experience.

Everything was great except... The vest arrived with a flaw in the seam on the right shoulder. The sewing machine didn't catch one of the edges and it left a hole in the seam that was about 3/4 of an inch long. I called customer service and they offered to pay me $25 to go have it sewn someplace. I thought that was odd. I elected to have them send me a replacement, and packing materials to send the defective vest back to them.

This place is awful. They sent me the wrong bag and still haven't given me a refund. They said that since it is a Mastercard they have 30 business days to do a refund. Normally, most GOOD businesses who appreciate customers do it between 2 and 3. Their website said that they give it back to you within 14 business days and then when you call and ask them where it is, they tell you that they have 30 days. They basically just give you the run around and I ended up having to call my bank and have them make a claim with Mastercard to prove that they received their merchandise but didn't send me a credit on my card within the time that they alotted.
