I bought a $120 perfume using an Non US credit card.
they didnt ship the item and didnt give any feedback on the status of the order. On contacting them, I got a msg saying that the order is cancelled due to suspicious activity on the card. i couldnt gift my wife her birthday gift because of their bad service very disappointing service !! the worst is yet to follow - they cancelled the order but very conveniently didnt refund me ! so these scamsters need to be brought to notice and a legal case should be filed against them |

I ordered Cuba Gold Cologne - a scent I absolutely love - and was sent Cuba Paris - a cheap immitation you can find in a Dollar Store. On line help claims they are the same. They are not. I know. I have both on my dresser.
Bait and switch. BAD, BAD company to deal with. Double thumbs down. |

Beware, they can cancel orders at will and leave you in the dark. I placed some orders with an advertised coupon and kept getting cancelled. They gave excuses of invalid phone number but I suspect the real reason was because prices were too low after coupon. And since when do merchants have to call customers in order to process an order with credit card? I had to email to find out status of my orders only to meet awful customer service which doesn't show any interest in getting your orders. They lied about emailing me asking for permission to cancel and insinuate me of credit card fraud. Their mall store is just as bad, making me fight for a legit return with receipt that was bought 5 mins prior. I will never buy or recommend anyone of perfume emporium.

Deceptive, evasive and absolutely impossible to get in touch with. They lie about getting in touch, sending items and everything related to order. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and contacting my credit card company to get a refund. This is the worst, most dishonest online company I have ever dealt with, and any company that guarantees their security or practices should know that they are complete frauds. The only reason they can "sell" at a lower price is because they have NOTHING to deliver but lies and stall tactics.

The product was back-ordered. It did take six months to receive it. The product was diffucult to locate, therefore I was pleased to find it at this site. It took time and e-mail to follow-up. The box the product came in was a bit worn, however I am please with the product and would order again.

I bought a bottle of Annick Goutal's Folavril at a discount price from Perfume Emporium. This does not smell like Folavril. It should smell fruity, not soapy. I think it's either a knock off in a Folavril bottle or it's perfume that went bad and lost its original scent. I'm sending it back but mad that they take out a 15% restocking fee.

Unfortunately,I received two (2) bottles of the Mont Blanc perfume.My first attempt at ordering APPEARED not to go thru so I reordered again.
The reason I thought first order had not gone thru was because I got a screen saying "YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN FINALIZED YET ".
This is not the first time I have had problems ordering here however,my wife will eventually use both bottles of perfume.We may request future orders by phone to avoid confusion.
Orders have always come thru in timely manner and in good condition.Thank you. elftoys@copper.net.

perfume emporium.com is that in order to reach customer service by phone, I had to call and leave a voice mail and then i had to wait until a representative called me back a few hours later. the voicemail says that there is no control over how long it will take to get a return call. i feel that there should be a representative on the phone to help the customer right away. this leave a voicemail and then wait for a return call several hours later has to go. please fix this aspect of your business. thanks.
