I placed an order and received a confirmation, a week later after I received the notification to take this survey I thought it odd that I received the survey before I received the product so I went to the PC Nation website to track the order and found 2 messages waiting since the date I ordered the product saying it had not been shipped and I had to call them to confirm that I ordered it online since it was the first time I placed an order with them. This is unacceptable to me so I cancelled the order and purchased it from somewhere else. In the future they should put on their web site that first time buyers must place their initial order by phone if that is their policy.

As the result of a search by product; web site near the top, price was the best, e.g., the usual suspects; Amazon.com, Biz-Rate, etc., PCNation was the best. Site, as well as tracking of shipment, easy to navigate, informative, and will be sure to check PCNation first for any future technology products.

I am very satisfied overall. I ordered the wrong printer (I was under the impression I could also scan with it). I set it up and then realized I couldn't scan so I ordered the next one up in price which could scan. The only thing I didn't expect was the 15% restocking charge. Oh, well; it was my fault, not yours.

Checked status of my order (online), all it say is that product is "Shipped". The information regarding shipment tracking is not available. That's the reason for the rating.

Once I got past the initial new customer confirmation, everything was good. I would buy from them again. They seemed very concerned about the first time buyer and I appreciated that they required a confirmation of my account. Rather than just selling to anyone with a credit card.

I had to call PCnation because the gps I ordered,even through the ad said it was in stock it turned out to be on backorder.I had payed extra for overnight delivery so I was worried about getting it next day.When I called them about it they were very helpful and ordered it from a different supplyer.I got it the next day,I'm very pleased with them and I will deal with them in the future.
