The parts are of good quality however, when I ordered the wrong part the refund process is too long. The refund process prolonged my car being fixed in a timely fashion because I needed my refund to order the correct part for my car. I will probably find another company to order from.

Not good at all. The website is confusing leading to incorrect orders. Also the return policy is awful in that the customer has to return parts at their own expense.I'm not satisfied and would not recommend this site to anyone.

I have tried twice to order one part using their search tool. The first part came and it was not the correct part. I paid return shipping and initial shipping. I returned part and reordered the part recommended by Parts Geek and again received the wrong part. Through a very painful process of "customer service" communication via online form I still have not received refunds, shipping reimbursement (X3) or have the correct part. Horrible customer service, horrible communications, and costly to do business due to incompetence. I did get the correct part on ebay, cheaper and correct in one try. Two months trying to work with this company. The "free shipping" referenced on their website and offered with their invoice is just as bad.

1st order they shipped totally wrong part. Cannot contact them by phone! Had to use computer. They replied immediately and said to keep or discard wrong item(plate cover) and they would reship immediately. Received the mirror quickly but the shipped a left vs right door mirror. Could not reach customer service by phone. Had to get RMA # to return part. Had to re-order by computer. Got right part quickly and returned wrong part. This company needs to significantly improve telephone access!

Very fast shipping, although I never got a confirmation email with the tracking number so it made me question if the site was fraudulent. Then I got my package a few days later, in great condition. The competitors price for the same exact part made by the same company, for more then double the price from parts geek. Great product for about 30% off other leading competitors. Very good free shipping. I place the oorde wed afternoon and i received the product friday. Very pleased with product. Brand new oem quality and fast shipping all under 30% less than leading online competitor.

I went through extensive research with Parts Geek before placing my order: year, make, model, vin#, wheel base dimensions, etc., and even double questioned Parts Geek if that was the correct gas tank. They assured me it was the correct gas tank. WRONG! It took forever responses back and forth in the beginning before placing the order and I still have the wrong part. There needs to be a phone # to call to speed up service. This is the worst experience ever in my life buying vehicle parts.

You had to wait awhile on hold before you got to talk to someone, I think they prefer email, for contacting them but I don't!! But once you got someone they where knowledgable and helpful. I was alittle scared going into the purchase after reading some online reviews but everything turned out great! Would not hesitate to order from again!!
