I ordered a ring for my mom's 50th birthday. Got jerked around for over a month: they told me it had shipped. Then when It never arrived they said oops, maybe it didn't ship... They promised they would re-ship it (expedited) so it would arrive in time for my mom's birthday. They said they would send it 2nd day air. Instead, they sent an email saying it was sent via snail mail.
Still nothing arrived! Plus, no tracking numbers were ever provided - I don't believe they actually ever sent anything! My mom's birthday came and went and I had to run out for something else at the last minute. Now i'm fighting the company for a refund. I can't comment on the quality of the product because I never actually received anything! But I can say I received terrible customer service! Don't waste your time and money here! There are lots of other good jewelry websites out there! |

I think palmbeachjewelry is very bad, donot buy any thing from here. When I placed order, they donot tell me why they canceled my order. When I call, they say my billing address and shipping address is different. I use my card buying lots items from other seller, any one is good. more bad is that, I use my voucher, when they canceled, the voucher is not work, and they refuse to reactivate the voucher. so bad is so seller, donot buy any items form it

I ordered a ring (in-stock) on 2/10/2011. On 2/11/11 I received an email stating "problem with your order"..didn't state what the problem was. I waited patiently, thinking I would receive a follow-up message. On 2/14/2011 I still hadn't heard anything further. I called to cancel the order. Customer service was very polite (& spoke english...yayyyy!). Rep couldn't figure out exactly what was going on but did offer a follow up call later that evening. When I received the call back, Rep stated the order had shipped that day (2/14/2011) and that I should be receiving it 2/16/2011. Today, 2/15/2011, I attempted to track the order with UPS..they stated the label had been produced but they (UPS) were not yet in possession of the package, so clearly i will not be receiving it tomorrow! As of right now I'm satisfied with the ease of contacting customer service but I am very disappointed with the shipping process. This ring that I ordered better be so absolutely gorgeous that i forget about the shipping issues or it's going back!

Great prices on quality merchandise. I have bought at least 40 items and only one was not as pictured in catalog or on the web, although the quality was good the color of the stone was washed out. The rest of the items have been of surprising beauty and quality. Some look like they cost thousands of dollars. I am very happy with Palm Beach Jewlery.

I'd like to shop with them again---they didn't put the order thru because of a difference with my bank---but they could put a pending item thru to my bank account. Why couldn't they have called me to see if I had just put a number in incorrectly---then I would have my product by now---as is the order was cancelled---but I wouldn't have even have known this if I wasn't watching the order closely.

I ordered a personalized pen for my father for Christmas; I think he'll like it when I give it to him. The only con I have is that I wish it would of came in a box so I can wrap the gift, now I have to go out and find a box to fit the pen. I also liked the free gift, which I gave to my mom when I got my order and she loved it. Also, the order only took a week for me to receive it.

Delivery of items is always slow, unless you pay the ridiculously extravagant faster shipping fees.
Have received items ordered most of the time, once in a while they leave something out. customer service personnel are nice, but seem clueless when problems arise. Overall, they have nice pieces but be aware, ALL their pearl jewelry appears to be faux. Merchandise is overpriced but there are some bargains and decent sales. WATCH YOUR BILLING, they have a tendency to double-bill/overcharge and seem to get confused during the process of returns. |

I ordered a ring on February 17th 2009, I paid an extra $20 for 2-3 day shipping. They are now telling me my ring is on backorder and I will not recieve it until after march 17th. There was never any indication the ring was on backorder when I purchased it. As a matter of fact it said it was in stock. I requested they refund my $20 for the shipping charges, and they refuse to do that. I am very unhappy with this company and refuse to buy another item from them. If they would refund my money now I would cancel my order and go elsewhere. Out of all the reviews I have read about this company 8 out of 10 have been negative. I wish I would have researched this company a little better before I made my purchase. Good luck to the next person who makes an order with Palm Beach Jewelry. I hope you get your money's worth.

The worst place to shop online and the quality of the product sucks. I had to order twice as the first order was cancelled because the shipping address and the billing address were different and the worst part is I wasn't even notified abt that. They say they would give you a call to verify, but they never do.
Because of the issue with the addresses, they put your order on "security hold" and there's only one person who can release it. Lucky for me, the person was on leave for 4 days. No one bothers to do they duty. Don't know why they even have a customer service department. Finally when my frind got the item(#43400) she was so disappointed. It does not look like the one online, no shine at all. looks kinda distorted. I'm trying to return it. |

I ordered from PBJ last week. I ordered a wedding band for my future husband on easy pay, which I loved the idea of payments. The day after I ordered I received a phone call from a customer service rep. making sure I was the one who ordered, which was nice. The ring came a few days later, and I was actually not to impressed with the quality of the 5mm band ring. It looked too much like a ladies ring and it was so thin. 14k gold. I ended up sending it back, because it was still too small for my future hubby. I called Customer Service after I got the ring and they were very nice. I dont know if I would order from this company again, I have been looking at ICE.com and they are more appealing.

I ordered a pen 3 months ago, I contacted them several weeks after the order, they said pen was back ordered and it would be 2 more months. I wait 2 more months and they tell me the pen is discontinued. I would not recommend Palm Beach. Poor service.

I simply emailed a question about the description of them (i.e. what size are they, length, etc.) and I never received a response.
