I was somewhat disappointed in the length of time it took to get the item. It was ordered in November and barely got here in time for christmas.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This merchant promised 2-3 week time frame. After 3 weeks we wrote to see why the hold up. We were told "the listing said 2-3 weeks....we have not yet received from manufacturer but it's on the way". After ANOTHER week, I wrote to ask what the hold up was. I said I was upset and wanted to just cancel the order (thinking they would actually CALL the manufacturer or check on my order, or if nothing else write me back an APOLOGY and/or offer discount). Instead they simply sent an email "order cancelled" and my money was refunded through paypal. Of all the internet shopping experiences we have had, this was by far the worst (customer service wise). They are simply pathetic.

Was pleased with the quality of merchandise; however, when I tried to return because of sizing error on my part, was totally frustrated. Called the number on the invoice, was told to send email and disconnected. Sent email and got standard response. Finally, after a few days, got a real email and was able to return.

They were the only place I could find the product I needed. I was a little nervous as I was not familiar and needed the item for Christmas. It arrived timely and as described.

I was told my order would be in by Christmas. Then I had to contact COD to find out where my order was, just to be told it is on back order, and they can not give me a date as to when it will be shipped. Since the Christmas holiday is over I have yet to hear any response from the company. As much as I loved the varitey of items this company offers, placing another order with them in the future is very doubtful.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE ! I bought a pair of "Combat Boots", wore them four times and only once did they get wet on a 10k hike. As soon as they got wet they disintegrated,I have pics. So I contacted the friendly staff at ArmyNavyDeals and got the brush off.30 day exchange policy blah blah. Never mind the fact Id only wore them 4 times in 2 months. Plus it took like 8 or 9 weeks for this crap to arrive. Worst company in the business, they only want to get your money then your on your own. Ive thrown better boots to the landfill.
By the way Ive been in the service and have a bloody good idea of what to expect from a pair of 'Combat boots". These things turn into frakin flip flops as soon as a cloud appears.
Do your selves a favor and go down the landfill.............Im sure youll find better gear down there.

STAY AWAY! These guys do most of there business on ebay, bullying small buyers with there huge sales rep. They sell a lot of broken crap and then charge for the return! You have been warned
