This was one of the easiest purchases I have made. I visited Huppins and had a visual and hands on of the camera to make my final decision. Ordering was easy and the camera was delivered quicker than I expected. I have no qualms of ordering from them again.

Originally, this product was puurchased through Amazon. After a couple of weeks, the product malfunctioned. I did not have the original packing to ship it back to amazon so I contacted the original seller and they shipped me a replacement and charged my credit card. When I received the new speakers, I shipped the defective units back to the seller in the packaging that came with the replacements. Within two weeks, my credit card was credited. The replacement speakers work very well. I am well pleased with the service I received from One Call.

OneCall seems to be a very reliable merchant. They are authorized dealers, and they definitely care about their customers. You also may name your price on some items, and it could be really negotiated. Delivery is also very nice -- fast, items are undamaged, free ground shipping. Ship address different state from billing address. OneCall did not send out order timely, then expedited order. FedEx did not treat package as expedited and spent Saturday driving to different locations and on the phone discussing with customer service and was finally able to pick up at FedEx location. Unexpectedly, spent a lot of time and gas.

I found the product I was looking for on the OneCall website. I watched their excellent video detailing the camera I wanted. Then I called their toll free # and got a TERRIFIC salesman who was extremely helpful and placed my order. I needed this camera for a graduation gift and had been looking everywhere in my city but couldn't find it in the unusual color PINK for my daughter. She had wanted this one since it first was advertised. Yes, I got it overnight on the day of her graduation. SHE WAS ECSTATIC! And, so am I for ONECALL!

One call is great! The price dropped at another etailer and they adjusted it for me more than 2-weeks after the sale. As their name says.. give 'em a call for the best pricing which they cannot advertise on-line due to manufacturer pricing policies. To be an authorized merchant OneCall's hands are tied for on-line pricing so pick up the phone and make that one call.

They stated my order was accepted, and that the item would ship. I then cancelled two long standing back-orders from other vendors. One call later called me and stated that they did not have a camera to ship to me. I will never buy from them again, and will tell everyone I know the same.
