I had my purchases in the shopping cart at an on-line competitor. Then, I decided to do some cost comparison shopping on Google. I was able to go from a $130 purchase at the competitor, to a $100 purchase at OfficeWorld.com. I saved $30 and it was delivered the next day! Excellent service and value! I will certainly go to OfficeWorld.com directly for my next purchase.

it wasn't till after payment had been made that any one realized I lived in Australia and they don't ship to Australia my address was verified earlier but no one at office world noticed the problem. So untill office world fix this issue I can't buy from them or recomend them

Office World's service was good, but I don't understand why they claim to have a 30 day return period. That's largely for unopened merchandise--or some that you've opened but repacked without trying it out. I got a chair that I put together, but discovered that it was TOO WIDE to be petite--or to be truly comfortable for me. I assumed that truly petite chairs--say only 16.5 inches wide--did not exist, until I found one on Friday near the dumpster of my apartment building. Now I want to return the too wide chair, but they won't let me because they say I can't put it back into the box that I saved without a special too--and besides it's used--despite the fact that it doesn't look it or feel it. Office World staff were very prompt in returning my phone calls--both prior to purchase and when I wanted to return my purchase. The chair came the day after I ordered it--amazingly fast. I also like the fact that the company is based in Oregon--Eugene, not Portland, where I am. My major complaint is with the chair manufacturer--Alexa-- calling their chair petite, when its not. The next complaint is that Office World says 30 day return, but does not allow you to set up and try out the chair during that 30 days.

I recently placed an order for the first time with Office World.  As a Purchasing Coordinator, I am constantly researching and purchasing online.  As a new customer to Office World, I had no expectations other than what I am accustomed to with other vendors. 

I researched one item and found this item at various price points online.  Office World gave me the best price and quality.  I placed my order late in the afternoon and within less than 24 hours, the item arrived and was rolled out to staff.

I am confined to a motorized chair and so I do a lot of internet shopping.  I was so very glad to find OfficeWorld.com. I have been able to get items there at a very good price and not a huge shipping charge. I just received an item that was incomplete.  I called their LiveChat and was taken care of immediately. No problems and they bent over backwards, which in this day and age, you don't find very often.  Usually it is a hassle to get some help. Jo was courteous and very helpful.  Problem solved. I am happy and will continue to purchase items from them as well as recommend them to others.

This is the second such product. The FIRST VAULTZ CASE that I ordered was from another wed-site. The case I recived from OfficeWorld was recived MUCH Quicker and in better condition. They accept returns, I had to purchase another (exact) model in-advance, but when they receive the old (defective) unit, they did refund my account and  new (good) unit did work properly.  I appreciate a company the is willing to work with customers.  I do recommend this store, especially, if You have a hard time with orders.

I have always gone to the big box store for my office supplies, until I discovered Office World online.  I usually receive my order the next day.  I have used the online customer service before.  They are always very helpful.  The prices are right.  What else can I say?

I just happened to come across OfficeWorld.com through a Google search when I was looking for a particular ball point pen.  I've been a customer ever since.  This company always seems to have what I need and the prices are more than fair, especially if there is a promotional code for that month.  Even with added shipping costs, I can often place an order that costs less than going to a nearby office retailer.
Every order that I have placed has been mailed right away with delivery following two or three days later.  In addition, the order has always been accurate, so I have never had to return or exchange any item purchased.
In addition, their customer service staff is friendly and helpful.  When I was in doubt about a certain pen refill to purchase, the customer service representative was able to advise me correctly so that I wouldn't purchase the wrong item.
Although I only order for my personal business needs, I feel that Office World makes me feel just as important as a corporate customer.  I will certainly continue to be an OfficeWorld.com patron.
