Accepted an order for items not in stock and not expected to be in stock. Shipped part of the order without telling me that the other items were not avialable. No notification of shipping so no tracking possible. When I called I was told it was all my fault, that they sent emails that I must have lost. I canceled the remainder of the order. Then a week later I got an email showing the full order had been processed but a small note at the top saying the remainder had been canceled. Rotten service, rotten communications, missing email they claim they sent, confusing email later. Worst retailer I ve dealt with in years on the Internet. Never again and I will steer my friends away from them.

excellent just keep in mind that there is people with size 4XL AND 5XL on the t shirts and the polo shirts and you arrive just on the 2XL. you have to take care even people that is over 6f and 350p. thanks

It´s a great company with a lot of godd quality things they sell, havent had any need to contact customservice, so i dont now how they are. They wright you email all the time with uppdates on your purches so you know when your order was cleard for shipping, it takes a little longer as you can understand if you bay things that they chould cut out for you to fitt something, but otherwise they are realy fast. I live in Sweden and payed with creditcard, and i got my ordered thing to me in Sweden mutch faster than i expected, so dont annything but good to say about them, i wood defenetly bay there again, and recommend athers to do the same.

Custom Order Item. First time it was Placed I made an Error in the From. Customer Service Quickly Caught the Error and placed the order on hold notifying me immediately. They asked if this was intentional? when I realized my mistake I quickly re-emailed the corrected form. Order will take 4 -6 weeks due to custom work and Customr service was up front, honest, caring, and Sincere. a Pleasure to do business with this company.

One, I find what I am looking for to purchase and the other is price and quality of the product, it seems to be superior over other merchants with the same product. What I ordered is on backorder and will ship when they have it first available. I ordered an Air Force military ring, it is silver with a blue stone. When I shop I am very selective and conservative with any product or service. If it is not available or cannot be found, then I have no need for it, it's just that simple. Thank you.

Looking for a private detective badge as a gag gift for a friend - NICLE had just what I wanted. A bit "pricey" - but of good quality and worth it. Ease of ordering, acknowledgement of order, status report on processing/shipping all excellent. Product was received the day after notice of shipping.

The quality of the badge was great, on the badge holder was not. The picture did not show any other pictures or angles so looking at it straight on it looked fine. When I received it the badge would slide up and down and cause the clasp to undue and make the badge fall off. They said I could return it (only had the badge on it once) but I had to pay shipping back and then take another 15% restocking fee almost better off throwing it away
