I am not sure how to answer, I have recieved my bulb, it tries to fire and blinks out. Then I get the code indicating the bulb is bad. I have contacted them by e-mail yesterday but have yet to recieve a response. Also told them I had a phillips bulb in before but this one has no I.D.

Best price on the web that I could find, so I was not expecting the great service I recieved. The item I purchased had to be back ordered and Mwave let me know right way, and gave me an estimate when it should be available. This information proved to be right on. I am very pleased with my first purchase from Mwave and I plan to shop with them again soon.

I had originally used my PayPal account to buy the product, however, there was a problem with my shipping address and the only way I found out was by calling MWave one week later to inquire about the status of the shipment. However, after the PayPal problem was solved, MWave did ship my product out the same day.

MWave.com has HORRIBLE customer service when your product goes wrong! I bought a computer power supply off them. When I plugged it in with my computer, the power supply exploded! The RMA person refused to issue a refund due to the fact the explosion caused physical damage. She even had the nerve to attempt to blame the manufacture defect on me saying that I used it improperly. I clearly followed the instruction in the included manual and was using it properly. Beware of MWave and their dirty tricks to rip you off. These low-life scum will try anything to avoid taking back their own defective products.

The shopping experience was all right, nothing exciting. The shipping was slow and expensive, but the cost was cheap enough that with the shipping it was still cheaper than at other stores. All in all this merchant is a good place to shop and I would do so again.

they shipped the order in two seperate boxes, and didnt inform me, and they came two days apart. so after opening the case after the box wouldnt boot up, i niticed it had no memory!!!! so i ordered some from someone else, not being able to take advantage of the deal, and buy it at the same time as i bought the cpu. which i thought i had but did not.
i think they should have tried to sell me memory, and we would have caught the mistake i made. an email or phone call, with something like "we noticed you didnt take atvantage of our great deal on memory".

So far, the MWave buying experience has been excellent. The only thing not yet completed is the rebate, which had to go to the manufacturers using forms provided by MWave. The rebates were clearly advertised at MWave, and I am very pleased with this merchant. I recommend them at this time.

I had read nothing but good about MWave so decided to give them a try.
I needed a new flash memory drive and, although Corsair did not list MWave as a supplier, various shopping sites suggested MWave's was the best price. It was - so I ordered. Although I paid only for 3-day, it arrived in under 24 hours. The confirmation process, ability to track, accuracy of fulfilment and feedback when I contacted MWave were all exemplary. Their customer service is excellent and their site comprehensive and easy to use. Definitely recommendable: 10/10 I shall be back! Thanks MWave. |
